28/06/2025: A place that at first glance might seem like a bar but that actually hides an excellent restaurant: Appetizer: Beef carpaccio Trippa Pecora alla callara Pallotte cac'e ove I'm not a fan of pecora alla callara but in this case I had to change my mind. Cooked to perfection, soft and with a slightly pungent flavor. Exceptional. Carpaccio and pallotte also very good. A 5-star Abruzzese appetizer. First course: Risotto with basil pesto, stracciatella and lemon. This dish was also delicate and well-balanced. The fusion of lemon pesto and drops of stracciatella create a unique and light flavor. Second course: Sliced ​​Angus and Picanha of Abruzzese beef. Tender and soft meat. I would have eaten another but by then I was full and happy. Place and staff: I ate inside the place. The day was hot due to the high temperatures and, inside, I was fine thanks to the air conditioning. The staff was perfect. Fast service and exhaustive descriptions regarding the dishes eaten. Finally, I would like to compliment the chef. His dishes were all appreciated. The care of the appetizers, the delicacy of the risotto and the tenderness of the tagliata made me spend a wonderful evening. Very good. Extremely positive experience. I will definitely return to try other tagliata and arrosticini.

20/06/2025: I came to dinner with my girlfriend for the first time. To say that it was an incredibly pleasant experience is an understatement. It is rare that I leave reviews but this activity deserves it. The environment is comfortable, there is the right intimacy between the tables, finely furnished with the right atmosphere. The waiting staff was extremely courteous, they expertly recommended the pairings based on our choices both in terms of dishes and in terms of wine, where the owner proved to be a profound expert on the subject. The entrée with the spheres and the bread with oil was highly appreciated, with a notable and pleasant aroma. The dishes, from the appetizers to the main courses to the dessert, were all incredibly balanced, presented in an almost perfect way, the flavors were all perfectly articulated even in the most daring combinations. The octopus in the roll was toasted to perfection, so as to enhance its flavor on the tomato with a marked sweetness. The final polaroid, complete with a written dedication, is a distinctive and extremely pleasant gem that closes the evening in an iconic way. The bill was more than honest, like few others. For those looking for a little pearl in Modugno, this activity is absolutely worth considering.

The appetizer with various courses of stockfish was very good (except for the courgette flower fritters which were made only with flour, without courgette flowers), the first course with stockfish ragù was decent (I would have preferred it tastier), the stockfish au gratin was very good. The cheesecake with berry topping was excellent (and not with the berry toppings indicated on the menu). Honest prices

27/06/2025: If you're passing through Pisa, head to this trattoria. It's typical, authentic, and incredibly welcoming. Your grandmother cooks right in front of you, your grandfather comes to chat, and everyone is lovely. The dishes are delicious and very affordable: spaghetti Bolognese for €6, a homemade dessert for €3.50. (There are very affordable set menus) A real gem!!🍝🇮🇹

23/06/2025: 7th day in Italy, and this is my favorite ristorante so far. Late evening and the staff is still refreshingly friendly :) great pasta, steak and sea bass, entire family ate well. Fresh strawberries and vanilla custard (crema?) for dessert, so good!
