With genuine warmth and passion, he explained every dish like they were his Nonna’s recipes, gave honest recommendations, and kept the service attentive yet relaxed and personal. He turned a simple dinner into a memorable evening filled with great food and real Italian hospitality. We laughed, we enjoyed every bite, and we felt truly cared for. Thank you Nico! And I must confess, with a touch of humor: as a Frenchman, I thought I had a certain privilege when it came to gastronomy and quality products… but this restaurant has clearly proven me wrong! Between the quality of the ingredients, the exceptional cuisine, the warm atmosphere, and the impeccable service, this restaurant is clearly one of the best gastronomic experiences we've had in Florence. The highlight of my trip to Florence, a T-bone steak that broadened my horizons. The harmony between the crispy searing on the outside and the medium-rare, juicy, crimson interior was perfect. It was a taste that made me happy with the rich flavor filling my mouth, even with just a light touch of salt! 🇮🇹🍖

From the moment we arrived, this restaurant delivered an unforgettable experience. We first came in at 13:00 to reserve a table for dinner at 21:00, and although we had to wait about 10 minutes due to how busy it was, we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary champagne while we waited—a great start. The service throughout the evening was exceptional. Our main waiters, Ledio and Benji, were outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. That said, every member of the staff contributed to the incredible atmosphere. We were also celebrating our anniversary, and the staff made sure to make it extra special with their attentiveness and care, which we truly appreciated. The food was simply flawless from beginning to end. We started with salame and a cheese platter, followed by perfectly cooked gnocchi in a stracciatella sauce with crispy bacon. Then came tagliatelle with cheese and spinach in a refined, delicious sauce, and an outstanding Fiorentina steak that was cooked to perfection. To finish, we enjoyed a classic tiramisu that was just as impressive as everything before it. What made the evening even more special was the lively and joyful atmosphere. At one point, the table next to us ordered ice cream that was prepared right in front of them, which was a great touch. Another table was celebrating a birthday, and the entire restaurant joined in singing “Happy Birthday,” creating a warm and memorable moment. The waiters also recommended the perfect wine pairing for each course, elevating the entire dining experience even further. Overall, this was truly a 100/10 experience. Without a doubt, the best food we had during our visit to Tuscany. I highly recommend treating yourself to this incredible dining experience—you won’t regret it.

Best steak I've had in All Italia. Definitely a must try if you have the chance. Their sides were amazing, too. So much flavors. It's fairly priced. One steak can definitely feed two hungry adults.
