We drove from Rome to Pucci's before our stay in Lucca: exceptional products, especially the meat, but also the cheeses and cured meats.
We've been back twice; we travel around Tuscany often, and this butcher shop is my top pick.
Mr. Pucci was extremely kind and helpful, recommending excellent cuts for both BBQ and grilling. I highly recommend the picanha.

The meat was truly excellent, high-quality, and cooked to perfection. You can taste the care they took in selecting the ingredients. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, making you feel at ease right away. A truly positive experience, I'll definitely be back!

Beautiful butcher shop/delicatessen store and restaurant.
The food was very tasty and the atmosphere relaxed.

My family and I stopped by on Friday, April 24, 2026, at 1:30 PM for lunch. There were only two tables left, as the cafe is small. We ordered the business lunch, which includes a main meat dish, a side dish, a quarter liter of wine, coffee, and water, for about €18 per person.
Everything was delicious, and the dishes were large!
They also have a main menu.
The service was fast and the staff was very polite.
We really enjoyed it, we're very happy, and I highly recommend it! Everything was very fresh and delicious!

The best meat I've ever eaten! At the entrance, a butcher's counter staffed by those who truly know their trade; then, the welcome of a casual yet meticulously maintained restaurant. Amazing food, good wine, friendly, fast, and brilliant staff. I mean, what more do you need? You really can't miss this place!! Best to book, it's worth it, as it sells out every night.

Fantastic little restaurant part of the butchers. Long standing family business, steak was cooked perfectly and very tasty. A little expensive compared to other restaurants but wouldn’t hold that against the experience, still 5 stars

I had lunch with colleagues at Antica Macelleria Pucci and had a truly positive experience. The owner and all the staff were always kind, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel at ease right away.
The real highlight is undoubtedly the food: the quality is excellent, and the meat is simply delicious, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The attention to detail in selecting the ingredients is clearly evident.
A place I definitely recommend, whether for a lunch with friends or for anyone looking for quality and courtesy. I'll gladly return!

Quality, professionalism, precision, cleanliness, hospitality, attention: I ate divinely (a 60-day dry-aged La Regina), and all the products at the counter were also out of this world (I stocked up for my return to Verona, a successful pairing). I look forward to seeing you for a boiled meat and pear challenge!
