21/07/2026: This is not just a restaurant or a shop, it is a unique experience! With parmesan in various ages, you get to taste how they are different. Also the ham is just excellent!!! But the real difference make the dedicated owners and their lovely way to explain and guide you through your stay. It is worth the drive!

15/07/2026: We came here for a charcuterie tasting because it was recommended by a charcuterie shop in Langhirano where we took a guided tour. I have no complaints about the quality of the food, but for someone like me who lives in Parma, I found the prices of the dishes expensive. I don't think it's fair that a delicatessen, no matter how beautiful the location, but which serves at tables with plastic placemats and paper napkins, charges the same prices as a restaurant with white cotton tablecloths and napkins. The retail sale of cured meats and cheeses is even worse: all the prices are incredibly high, and, to top it all off, Parma ham sells for €49/kg and Felino salami for €48/kg!!! I can only recommend going elsewhere. *I'm adding the following after the Salumeria's response* I don't want to tell you what to do or not to do at home, but in my opinion, your arguments aren't really relevant to what I've written: you talk about prices at large-scale retail outlets and then at delicatessens (let's decide: either we compare them to supermarkets/hypermarkets or businesses similar to yours), you don't explain to me why a 35-month-old prosciutto crudo costs only 1 euro more than Felino salami (and I haven't found a Felino at this price in any local delicatessen, let alone a large-scale retail store), and I've even eaten in restaurants with white cotton tablecloths and a cover charge for less than 3.50 euros.
