Venchi Cioccolato e Gelato In Bologna

03/08/2026: I celebrated my birthday at Parlor in July 2026 and we had a table outside. The terrace is not huge but it was great to sit outside on a warm evening. The menu includes many of the classical dishes of the region but they are presented better and they also have a great wine list. We started with anchoves serves with bread butter made from buffalo milk - and Parmigiana di melanzane. The Parmigiana di melanzane was beautifully presented and tasted equally good. We got a delicious Pinot Nero from the Dolomites area that worked well as it is a lighter red wine. We also had a great Tortellini in brodo and Cappelletti with squaquerone (small stuffed pasta). Squaquerone is a local soft cheese that is often served together with various cold cuts. We ended with grilled meat that was nice and tender together with friggione - a local dish made up of fried onions and tomatoes. If youa re looking for a place that serves up the flavours of Bologna in a more elevated way and that has a great wine list, you should consider stopping by Parlor.
