⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Impeccable experience, we'll definitely be back! We visited this restaurant for a family dinner (seven people in total: my wife, my daughter, and our parents) and we were all thrilled. The restaurant is in a beautiful location near the Cervia salt flats, with a truly pleasant atmosphere (in the summer, there's also outdoor seating) and an elegantly set table. The food is simply excellent. The menu is deliberately limited, which is always a good indicator of freshness and quality, especially when it comes to a seafood restaurant. The dishes are well-cooked and impeccably presented. The wine cellar also deserves a mention: in addition to the labels, there's an excellent cask wine, ideal for a relaxing drink without skyrocketing the bill. The service was attentive, with the staff always smiling and helpful. The passion and care for the customer are evident: the owner himself goes around the tables gathering guest feedback to ensure everything is perfect. At the end of the dinner, they also offered us grappa and bitters, a final courtesy that we greatly appreciated. 100% satisfied. It will definitely become a regular stop for us in Cervia! We were his guests last Friday to celebrate my wife's birthday. Roberto is very professional and friendly.

On Sunday, a couple of friends invited us to this restaurant in Pinarella di Cervia. We started with very good hot and cold appetizers. This was followed by a delicious risotto and slightly spicy spaghetti with clams (very good). For our second course, we opted for a mixed gratin, also very good and quite filling. The desserts were also delicious. The price (€70) per person was more than justified. In conclusion, this restaurant has become our favorite restaurant in Pinarella!!!

Everything was excellent, the staff were welcoming and extremely kind, the food superb, fresh fish well cooked and beautifully served, the unusual yet sophisticated combinations delicious, we will definitely be back to try other dishes on the menu.
