Simply superb! Exquisite Tuscan cuisine! A wine cellar with an intoxicating selection! A wonderful ambiance, whether inside the cozy grotto or on the airy terrace with its stunning sea view. Very friendly service! The Prosecco and amuse-bouche upon arrival were complimentary.

This is our umpteenth time here: It's the highlight of Tuscan gastronomy, reservations are a must, and you absolutely have to try the menus. We come back every time and are always thrilled with the quality, the atmosphere, and the friendliness. Still top-notch.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Pinzagrilli, nestled in the charming little village of Guardistallo in Tuscany. The place is simply magnificent, peaceful, and full of charm. The rooms are extraordinary, decorated with great taste, and impeccably clean. You immediately feel at home. The hotel staff are incredibly kind, always attentive, and ready to help with a smile. A special mention goes to Carla, who was absolutely exceptional: with rare kindness, she gave us invaluable advice, particularly for discovering thermal baths and other local experiences. This is a place I recommend without the slightest hesitation. A truly exceptional place to which we will return with great pleasure. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

A spontaneous dinner to end our holiday, enjoying the sunset on the terrace. We started with a glass of their very fine house Frizzante and a delicious amuse-bouche. We opted for the tasting menu. It was wonderful, and we were delighted. Five courses, quite generous portions. I think they were all classic Tuscan dishes, but apart from the truffle tagliolini, I wasn't familiar with any of them. We completely relied on the friendly waitress's recommendation for the wine, and we weren't disappointed. Both wines were local and paired perfectly with the food. A truly wonderful evening!

Everything was perfect, a beautiful venue, top-notch service, and excellent food. Refined dishes and quality wines. I definitely recommend it to anyone in the area. I'll definitely be back in the new year, I can't wait!

Beautiful and clean rooms Friendly service and fantastic breakfast

We went there for lunch today. We tried their appetizers, then I had their risotto while my son had the pappardelle al cinghiale and my husband had the sweet and sour wildboar. We also tried their degustazione di formaggi and concluded the meal with a delicious tiramisu and torta alle pere, cioccolato e rum (cake with pears, chocolate and rum). 1000% recommend!
