We were pleasantly surprised; the dishes were excellent, and the cheese platter, featuring local cheeses, was a delight. The welcome and service were warm and attentive. I highly recommend it.

I was here with a group of 17. The food was delicious. I was particularly impressed by the quality and tenderness of the meat; the roast beef was tender and melts in the mouth. The ravioli with sausage sauce were also delicious. The portions were generous, the food was excellent, and the cooking was meticulous. The staff were very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

What a gem is this restaurant at the beautiful little Italian village. The food was delicious, service was like at the Michelin star restaurant. If you passing by the witch village in the Italian Alps, it's a must to visit this place.

A lovely restaurant at the entrance to Triora. It's a small place serving local cuisine, all themed. We had to wait a long time; it's essential to book in advance because there are only a few tables. Otherwise, the service was good. The trofie with local cheese was good, although the original ones are perhaps better. The ravioli were excellent. Reasonable prices.

30/05/2026: We had lunch here after searching for a restaurant that offered spaghetti with clams. We were pleasantly surprised by the service as well as the food. We found the staff young and knowledgeable, fluent in English and French, and treated us very well. Recommended.

29/04/2026: We stopped at this restaurant almost by chance, on our way back from Provence. Then I remembered an episode of Borghese's *4 Ristoranti* and made the connection: it was indeed one of the winners along our route. And I must say, the win is more than deserved. The restaurant is truly refined and welcoming, but what makes the difference are the owners: Chiara is an extraordinary hostess, attentive, kind, and always ready to make guests feel at ease. Even when faced with a small setback, she handled everything with great professionalism and ease. The menu was simply fantastic. We chose the six-course tasting menu and it was a true journey of flavors from start to finish: carefully prepared, balanced, and never boring dishes. You can sense passion, research, and sheer quality in every offering. A truly successful experience, one that stays in your memory and is definitely worth repeating. P.S.: I highly recommend it, but keep in mind that it's also an experience in terms of time... it's not the right place if you're in a hurry.
