We had lunch at this restaurant. The selection of traditional dishes was excellent. There's also a wide selection for vegetarians. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the waiters are very friendly.

Had dinner last night. Excellent food, superb meat, excellent hospitality as always, very friendly staff, excellent wines, you practically feel like you're dining at a friend's house. Thank you, we'll be back soon.

We went to the Osteria del Borgo for the "fritto misto" evening, and what can I say... excellent. 32 courses, fried food that wasn't greasy or heavy. Well done, top-notch service. Lastly, I'd like to highlight the courtesy of the owners and staff. A truly successful evening.

We went to the Osteria del Borgo on Saturday evening and had a wonderful time, both with the food and the hospitality. We will definitely be back, and not just for the boiled meat. Thank you.

Quality food in a refined, elegant, and welcoming atmosphere. Attentive, fast, and friendly service. Our dogs were welcomed with no problem (and were good under the table throughout the meal, as usual). Excellent desserts. The wine list is exciting, but it's off-limits due to driving. What a shame!

It was an exceptional experience, the Bollito is wonderful, the sauces too, so I won't be ordering it again, even though I thought... we're going back on the 27th at lunchtime, that's all the places left!! It saves us from having to decide 😂 between lunch and dinner, between Saturday, Sunday, etc....

11/07/2026: Hotel in the center of the San Bartolomeo hamlet, on the road leading to Cettosa di Pesio. Convenient for hiking and bike tours. Meticulously maintained and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast and à la carte restaurant. It deserves an extra star.
18/05/2026: We returned to this hotel, and I must say it's a guarantee: beautiful, newly renovated rooms, convenient location for hiking in the Pesio Valley, excellent restaurant, fair prices, and above all, the extremely friendly and professional staff and management. Thank you for everything, see you next time!

Osteria della Chiocciola

05/07/2026: Everything was perfect. The location is in the center of Cuneo, in a historic building. The food was wonderful, from appetizers to dessert, and even the wine. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Not to be missed.
