Trattoria Archivolto Mongiardino In Genova

I had the opportunity to have lunch at this restaurant during a visit to the area, and it was a pleasant experience. The walnut pansoti were truly delicious, with a flavorful filling and a balanced sauce that enhanced the dish. The seafood pasta was also excellent, rich in flavor and well-prepared, and the clams were excellent. The service is simple and friendly, unpretentious yet attentive to the customer's needs. An added bonus is definitely the option to eat outside in the small square adjacent to the restaurant.

The food was delicious, there was a wide selection of fish dishes, and the service was very friendly and competent. Since we don't speak Italian, we communicated in English, and the staff spoke excellent English. We were completely satisfied.

This is probably the most delicious cuisine we've ever tasted. The seafood simply melts in your mouth. Everything is incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. And the prices are a gift 👍🏻 We'll definitely be back again.

We took advantage of the proximity to our accommodation to choose Trattoria Archivolto Mongiardino from among the many trattorias in Genoa's city center, partly because we were craving a meal with good seafood. And we were so glad we did, because we loved this trattoria! The welcome and service were pleasant, the wait reasonable, but above all, the quality of our dishes delighted our taste buds! The menu for two included the must-try trofie with pesto (delicious), the succulent spaghetti alle vongole (pasta with clams), and an excellent plate of fried calamari. For dessert, we had an incredible panna cotta and a very good tiramisu with a twist, served with focaccia. All accompanied by a very good white wine. The total cost was €65, a reasonable price considering the quality of the ingredients and the flavor of the dishes. A must-try address in Genoa!

I discovered this trattoria by chance and it was a real gem. The Genoese antipasto of fried food was incredibly crispy, perfectly breaded, and very dry, incredibly light! The pesto was divine, the pansoti excellent, the portions generous, and the quality/price ratio was excellent. Special thanks to the ladies in the dining room, their service and recommendations were excellent. It's worth a visit!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. 5++ stars! Warm atmosphere, not too fancy yet tasteful..hidden enough to feel local and not touristy Authentic local menu, mostly seafood/fish, but includes great vegetarian choices too. Good value for money. (had first and second for 25e...vino della casa 4eur 2.5l) Highly recommended if you want a true local taste!

Despite the restaurant's small size, the delicious food, combined with the friendly and helpful staff, leaves a lasting impression. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Genoa.

I ate well and a lot, with generous portions like those of a true trattoria. It's a shame the space isn't very large. It's best to book in advance, otherwise I think it'll be difficult to find a table, especially on weekends. The price was fair, and the staff were friendly and helpful, despite the Genoese reputation. :D A special mention goes to Zenamisù, which I'd never tried before, but which moved me because it was so good!

Try the "hot appetizer." The dishes are generous. The staff are friendly, and the place is truly welcoming! The mixed grill and mixed fried fish are also worth a try! The tiramisu with focaccia is spectacular! Highly recommended!
