Elegant, feels sophisticated. We weren't rushed. Fish not my favourite thing but tasted super. Busy but excellent noise level, not overwhelming.

Clean and well-kept place, refined cuisine with phenomenal flavours, attentive and courteous staff. Excellent value for money. NB: they also make sushi but, rightly, it must be requested at the time of booking: we will be back to try this other specialty

We were really overjoyed and satisfied, the location was beautiful, clean and elegant, the staff friendly and professional, the food excellent.... Chef Antonio has art in his hands and manages to create the right combinations with the ingredients, making each dish delicate and refined.... Not to mention the very fresh and delicious suski. If there were more than 5 stars, I would give them. The best mussel sauté I've ever eaten, next to my mother's. Everything was delicious, apart from the frying which didn't particularly excite me. Professional staff. Cozy even if simple environment. I was very well.

Bellissima sorpresa perché si può mangiare (molto) bene il pesce anche nell'entroterra in una location nota soprattutto per la carne. Materia prima fresca e di qualità, pochi piatti che vengono variati spesso, cucinati con attenzione e con un pizzico di innovazione. Spettacolare la selezione di antipasti caldi di pesce. Locale arredato con gusto e tavoli distanti. Personale professionale, gentile e con piccole (e apprezzate) attenzioni per il cliente. Ci torneremo per provarlo anche d'estate.

This place was so beautiful and amazing that words can’t begin to describe this gastronomical experience we went through last night at Essenza Ristorante. The owner greeted us and showed us to Lucky table #12. It was set aback a lovely display and the heater. We were served a glass of Prosecco and water within a minute of being seated. When the rest of our party arrived the evening was on. We had warm freshly baked bread brought to us. The first dish was an array of seafood (grilled, baked, fried and raw). The second was baked oysters topped with truffles. Next came the raw seafood bed with eight types of fresh seafood. Then came the amazing pasta dish that was mixed with ricatta and parmesan cheese topped with truffles. After this dish, we still offered the next two more dishes but we were all satisfied and filled. So they brought out the desserts of a bread pudding with four different types of sauce. And the best was the various types of sorbet (passion fruit, orange, strawberry and peanut). The ambience was prefect and had a luxurious winter atmosphere to this former olive oil processing plant. The decor was very modern and bespoke. The part that too me away was the restroom, it was very clean and comfortable and they had spa music playing, which made this restaurant extraordinary.
