08/10/2025: An institution in the wine world and beyond. Standing room only to savor Venetian cicchetti, with some more contemporary twists. The simplicity of the cold cuts sandwich is disarming, with porchetta being my favorite. All quality! Prices aren't excessive, but they're in line with the quality of the ingredients. A few more smiles wouldn't hurt.

06/10/2025: For €1.60 each tapa and a huge variety of wines, you can enjoy a multitude of flavors. I highly recommend it. The place is large, pleasant, and quiet. Unlike downtown Venice, where each tapa costs €3.50. I would definitely go back!

16/11/2025: After a long wait, we finally managed to book a lunch reservation. The atmosphere is small, very friendly. Mr. Antonio is very professional. We had a wonderful meal, everything was freshly prepared. Highly recommended!!! We'll be back with pleasure.

03/10/2025: Everything was excellent and surprising. We went at a friend's invitation. It's well located, close to Termini, and you can walk to several places. We had a heart-shaped ravioli starter. That's when we realized that Romans prefer pasta al dente, and for us, it was excellent, just right, and delicious. Then we had Amatriciana, melt-in-your-mouth and spicy—yes, for those who don't expect it, it can be spicy. Next, we had Cacio e Pepe, which has a lot of cheese and a bit of pepper. It's the main dish, and it came from Monte Caruso, and it has an original recipe. And then we continued with a delicious and succulent polpette con pomodoro, which comes with fresh tomatoes. A wonderful experience. And to finish, a dessert with a demonstration by Chef Emanuele preparing Dolce far niente. I highly recommend ending with this dessert. The atmosphere is rustic, romantic, and a pleasant place to linger. Right at the entrance, as you go down, there's a wall with various messages, including from famous Italian figures. And the decor is the work of fellow chef Mr. Domenico. If you truly want to experience authentic and delicious Roman cuisine, we recommend Cicilardone a Monte Caruso. And come back again.

26/09/2025: Let's start at the beginning. The tomato base tastes like tomatoes. You know, that sunny red fruit we use in salads, sauces, and more. Well, here it's really used. The crust is thin and perfectly cooked. The welcome from our lost French friends who don't speak a word of Italian was very pleasant. Two pizzas ready in ten minutes. Efficient and no fuss. All pizzas are under €10.

One detail we greatly appreciated was the car service from the parking lot to the restaurant—a truly rare touch that demonstrates the care and professionalism behind every aspect. The food, as always, was excellent, with attention to flavor and presentation, quality ingredients, and generous portions. 17/09/2025: We stumbled upon this ice cream shop by chance. I was struck by the elegance of the place and then by the ice cream. The flavors are different from the usual and delicious. Delicate yet enveloping. Go and savor these delicacies, you won't regret it!

04/09/2025: Located next to the Antico Frantoio restaurant, it's one of the best gelaterias in Bernalda. We had granitas there the two nights we stayed there. It's well-maintained and has an attractive display case. Prices are reasonable. Both the gelato and granita are definitely worth trying. I highly recommend it.

10/11/2025: Just steps from the heart of Sant'Arcangelo lies this warm and welcoming trattoria where you're served quickly and courteously, and can enjoy simple yet flavorful dishes—a real treat for those who don't like elaborate fare. The portions are generous, and the quality of the ingredients is good. I have no complaints, and I'll definitely be back, but to give it five stars, I'd like to find a dessert that's less banal than the usual panna cotta and zuppa inglese...with the porcupine cake, they've already taken a first step in that direction.
