Very tasty meal here. We arrived outside regular dinner times due to an excursion, so we did not experience much of the service and atmosphere.
So that's fine as far as we're concerned.

03/17/2024 . We stopped for lunch with a group of 40 people on a trip to Rome. The environment is quiet and the service is good. I can't judge the price because it was included in the total of the tour. The cacio e pepe was really good. The second roast is the same. I wanted to try the Judean-style artichokes outside of the agreed menu and it seemed too much to me, or rather having to pay 5 euros because it was only one. Really too much. For the rest, the place is to be recommended.

I stumbled in with my family on our first jetlagged day in Rome to a welcoming and delicious meal. Staff were tolerant of my complete lack of Italian, and the food was absolutely fantastic.

Without a doubt, an excellent lunch.
When at Romano you go to a restaurant in the center with all the trappings of a tourist place there is always mistrust, but the cabana has overcome this preconception by offering us a tasty appetizer of artichokes in the Giudia style, Roman style and a more than excellent parmigiana pie. The first courses we had were a cacio e pepe with crispy artichokes done to perfection and gluten-free pasta with bacon and artichokes, also delicious. Even the coffee, not exactly a must in restaurants, was good. Highly recommended to everyone but especially if you're from Rome.

All very good. Sautéed chicory and artichoke style, truly delicious. Quiet, easy-going place, not far from the crowds of the main streets.

Sono stato in parecchi locali a Roma, e ho potuto assaggiare più carbonara, e devo dire che il premio 🏆 per la migliore CARBONARA di Roma lo vince sicuramente la cabana 👍💪.. il locale è carino, un pochino datato ma in pieno centro.. personale super operativo.. top 🔝 top la carbonara, complimenti allo chef, ci ha fatto veramente 🙂 felici 👍💪

Situato in una viuzza vicino al centro… locale un po’ datato ma tutto sommato carino. Personale super indaffarato e nevroticamente impegnato. La carbonara però è da urlo: super top, un plauso allo chef, merita👍🫶🏼
