02/11/2025: Osteria Antico Oleificio is an excellent restaurant, very well-maintained, and overall, highly recommended! We went here for a family lunch; the atmosphere is elegant yet simple, and it's also recommended for business. The food deserves special mention, especially the excellent quality of the ingredients. The four of us spent just over €30 each, a fair amount considering we all had "special" pizzas, plus three beers, two desserts, four coffees, and grappa.

02/11/2025: Excellent atmosphere and food, too. Domenico was very kind and professional, but it's a shame about the bald cashier (or so-called owner, with his haughty attitude): rude and ignorant... he complained because we paid the Roman way, saying it's only done at a pizzeria... we paid a lot for the small portions. He also treated the waiters poorly. That's why I gave it 2 stars... without this arrogant and self-important individual, it would definitely deserve more. First and last time. Then, judging by his response to negative reviews, it's clear how vulnerable and not at all humble he is to criticism... he'd be better off changing jobs, decidedly unhuman and unfriendly. He defines himself. Gentlemen are born, not made, and that's definitely not the case with this guy.

28/10/2025: A historic restaurant in the center of Santarcangelo, featuring characteristic caves where their own cheeses and cured meats are aged. Elegant decor, attentive, very kind, and helpful staff. The dishes are truly delicious and impeccably presented. The ingredients used are truly excellent and expertly prepared, and the cheeses are truly amazing. The location and location are reflected in the prices.

02/11/2025: First pleasure trip to Lecce. Excellent experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere is refined, pleasant, and relaxing, with comfortable seating. Impeccable service. The tasty dishes are beautifully presented and prepared with top-quality ingredients. The fish carpaccio, prepared tableside, is beautiful to look at and delicious. We are completely satisfied and wish the entire staff every success and wish everyone reading this restaurant a wonderful culinary experience.

01/11/2025: We booked this restaurant in Lecce on The Fork, almost by chance. Clean location, sophisticated design. The menu was quite extensive. We started with the raw fish: tuna, salmon, and sea bream tartare with oil and salt combinations, chosen by the maître d'. The fish was filleted and seasoned before our eyes. Refined, fresh flavor, perfect pairings. Next, fried cod accompanied by an exceptional mayonnaise. The quality of the raw fish and cod was excellent. Let's move on to the first course: for me, a pumpkin and gorgonzola risotto, for him, tuna tataki. To accompany it, a Ripasso Valpolicella Superiore red wine. Finally, dessert: caramel shortcrust pastry, Nutella, chocolate mousse. The only disappointment: the risotto. The maître d' was interested in a subjective opinion regarding the risotto, so I frankly explained the aspects of the dish that I personally didn't like. When it came time to get the bill, the owner—very kind, friendly, and humble—told us that the risotto had been removed. We weren't expecting anything; we were shocked, since it's not a given for us, but it demonstrates the entrepreneur's desire to improve and to carefully consider the future. We'll be back soon! ✨

24/09/2025: Second visit, just as satisfied as the first one last year. Both meat and fish are excellent quality, and the prices are reasonable considering the ambiance and the sophisticated dishes. During mushroom season, I recommend their fried fish, which is truly top-notch. As for the fish, everything is delicious, from appetizers to main courses. A great find just outside Modena.

16/09/2025: Incredible food, some of the best I've ever eaten. Fast service, very welcoming staff, very romantic setting, and they even offered us a complimentary liqueur at the end of the evening.

01/11/2025: Exceptional Italian cuisine Lunch during a visit to the Aosta Valley. This restaurant deserves an 'Outstanding' rating. Professional and pleasant service. The setting is cozy. You have several set menus to choose from: 'Traditional', 'Seasonal', 'Fois Gras', or à la carte dishes. We opted for the 'Seasonal' menu with two appetizers. Amuse-bouche: salmon with raspberry sauce, followed by a warm cherry tomato soup with buffalo mozzarella emulsion, and a steak tartare. First course: ricotta tortelli with warm white tomato soup. Second main course: trout fillet. Outside of the set menus, we enjoyed a tasting of local cheeses. Desserts: homemade lemon and raspberry sorbets. We received excellent wine recommendations, including a 50cl bottle of 2015 Torrette Superiore. The price for such a feast was only €148. The cooking was perfect, the seasoning precise, and the flavors exquisite. The service was provided by two young men who must have just graduated from or are currently training at a hotel management school (very professional, discreet, and always anticipating the need to replenish bread, water, and wine). Water and bread were served in unlimited quantities and included in the set menu. This is an excellent restaurant that is absolutely worth a visit. For those interested, the establishment offers a few rooms for those who wish to enjoy the wines without having to worry about driving afterward. A few photos will hopefully whet your appetite (the main dining room has been tastefully renovated).

02/11/2025: Given its high Google rating, we wanted to try the croissant and coffee. The croissant wasn't crispy or fresh. There were barely any fillings. The coffee was average, and you had to wait a long time. The staff was also very negative and rude. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend it.

30/09/2025: I went for lunch with two friends on Sunday, September 21st. We ate wonderfully. The appetizer was superb, the blueberry risotto was FABULOUS. The prices are reasonable. The atmosphere was lovely, the service was professional and attentive. We'll be back soon.

I must say that the memory of how pleasant the experience at this trattoria was has remained indelible in all of us. The vegetable pot, the suckling pig, the garden, the model of a farm a few kilometers away that we then stopped by to buy... I hope to visit you again someday. Thank you for the pleasant memory.
