A place that instills serenity as well as delicacy in the food and super kindness in the staff. Definitely worth trying

Finally after more than a year we managed to return to Tuscany. An obligatory stop is L'osteria dei Vignaioli where, welcomed by a friendly and efficient staff, we had dinner. Now having dinner is an understatement, because the dishes offered are of another level, the good Maurizio in his kitchen brings out wonders from appetizers to desserts, top quality products treated with respect. The legendary Fiorentina is the softest, juiciest and tastiest I have ever eaten. A special thanks to Maurizio and Simona who, in addition to being wonderful hosts, are also very honest in their prices, compared to the quality offered. P.S. during the period spent in Tuscany we stayed with them for two dinners and one lunch. SEEING IS BELIEVING

AMAZING Osteria!! Warm and familiar environment, typical Tuscan dishes with a pinch of imagination from the chef who offers unique emotions!! I highly recommend Le coccole di Maurizio as a starter, as a first course the homemade Picci with white ragù and as a second course, well... all three main second courses, without exception, in harmony of flavors that mix with dreams!! Excellent house wine, super honest prices for the quality of the raw materials!!! MUST SEE!! Small note: Once the chef Maurizio has finished the dishes for all the tables, he leaves the kitchen and comes into the dining room to meet the customers, an exquisite person with a kindness from times gone by!!! Advised!!!!!

Pergine, almost 1500 (cit)... Osteria dei Vignaioli. We followed TripAdvisor reviews to decide on lunch this Sunday. The place presents itself in a discreet way, apart from the room overlooking the valley which is rather inappropriate with that little pink color on the walls and with little pictures without any personality. Canteen model paper tablecloth and napkin... No comment! The menu presented has many pen erasures on various dishes and this is not a good thing. Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffle that must have been scared and ran away from the plate... Still a good dish. For the second course, a fillet (see photo) always with the usual scary truffle, medium cooking requested but the meat was overcooked. Normal grilled vegetables. Very informal friendly service... The rainy day certainly influenced the opinion although I think that the reviews read paint a place with more character. In short... As they say... Without infamy and without praise. To be seen again, perhaps in spring.

Arrivato in questo borgo per pure caso. Locale delizioso, con una vista mozzafiato. Ambiente casalingo, ma molto molto pulito. Cibo di qualità e QUANTITÀ. Pici al ragù di chianina da poesia. Bellissima scoperta anche il conto finale. Davvero gran bella esperienza.

Osteria in mezzo alla campagna toscana che offre piatti tipici del territorio. Buona la presentazione e di qualità i prodotti. Prezzi in linea con quanto proposto. Ambiente informale ma gradevole. Cortese il servizio.
