15/06/2025: Following the advice of a local friend, we tried this restaurant and I was really surprised. Not so much for the wine list, which is already highly praised for its variety and quality, but above all for the excellence of the cuisine. The first courses, of which we tasted the entire proposal, were simply devastating: the filling of the plin was amazing, and the sauce of the agnolotti with 3 roasts was a real explosion of taste. To finish, a perfect panna cotta, made according to tradition. For three, with 3 appetizers, 3 first courses, 1 second course, 2 desserts and 3 bottles of wine, we spent €300, an absolutely honest price. The only complaint concerns the service: we waited a bit too long to be served and the wine list arrived a bit late. But despite this, the final rating is maximum!

04/09/2025: We recently had lunch at this trattoria/pizzeria 🍽🍕 and were definitely satisfied 👍. Arriving around 12:15, we were warmly welcomed by the staff members who, after a brief inspection of the room, showed us to a free table. Leafing through the menu, fortunately still on paper 📋 in an era when only QR codes seem to exist 📱, we noted the good variety of options, which were also very tasty. Our choice therefore fell on two first courses 🍝 (gramigna with sausage and chitarrine alla carbonara 🥓🥚), a second course (wild boar stew 🐗 with potatoes 🥔) and a side dish (fried porcini mushrooms). To drink, a bottle of sparkling water 💧 and half a liter of house Sangiovese 🍷. At the end of the meal, we also treated ourselves to a couple of desserts (Barozzina cake and Catalan cream) and two coffees ☕. Everything was truly delicious 😋 and served with kindness; the first courses were excellent both in terms of seasoning and cooking, as were the mushrooms (I would never have imagined eating them fried) and the stew (very soft and well-spiced). Regarding the Catalan cream, I confess that I was initially perplexed by the unusual liquidity of the caramel (normally congealed in the usual sugar crust); in any case, it turned out to be absolutely delicious. The setting was pleasant and well-kept (the wooden ceiling with exposed beams is beautiful), as was the atmosphere. The quality/price ratio was good, since we spent a total of 60 euros 💶. The bathrooms 🚾 were clean and tidy 🚽🧻🧴. There are some parking spaces next to the property 🚘, but there's no real dedicated parking area 🅿️. The location along Strada Statale 64 Porrettana is strategic. We liked it, which is why I RECOMMEND IT 👍. The refined, modern atmosphere, somewhere between country and industrial, lends a relaxing yet elegant feel to your visit, creating a warm atmosphere. The dishes are truly excellent, starting with the melt-in-your-mouth pizzas, with a wide selection and a wealth of fresh ingredients, expertly crafted for a truly delicious experience. You can also choose from fried and rotisserie pizzas. The kitchen also offers excellent selection and quality, offering traditional and modern dishes, from appetizers to fried foods, first and second courses... The oven and kitchen are open to the public, offering high quality at a reasonable price, and a wide selection of wines; the only thing that could be improved is the selection of craft beers, with a few more. Overall, highly recommended; I personally went there two nights in a row. Congratulations!
