An experience worth trying. The food is obviously excellent and served with care. We were served by Mattia, who was always friendly and smiling. And a smile isn't always a given... The kitchen was so dazzling that it looked like a jeweler's shop. The price is reasonable for the quality of the food and the service.

Truly exceptional. And the prices aren't particularly high for this type of restaurant... Highly recommended. As an experience, I recommend the tasting menu.

Unfortunately, the quality is slowly decreasing.

Excellent restaurant by chef Borghese, the first courses are a sure thing. Quality should rightly be paid for, but €22 for a single dessert is too much in my opinion, or it needs to be exceptional... and it wasn't.

We had dinner for two on a Saturday night. I'll start by saying I was very curious and had very high expectations for the food. We ordered the "mad love" dish (sea bream roll) and spaghetti cacio e pepe. The sea bream was very disappointing, very salty and over-seasoned. The cacio e pepe was very good, one of the best I've ever had. Then we ordered dessert to finish. The waiter recommended something off the menu since I'm lactose intolerant. A shortcrust pastry with fruit jelly, topped with dark chocolate cream and strawberries. It was fantastic. And then the wild berry sorbet, which I must admit was very delicate. I would recommend Mr. Borghese add something to the menu as an appetizer and something more for the main course. The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable.
