A young and ambitious restaurant in the heart of Verona.
Friendly staff and very original and well-prepared dishes!
The fried brains were exceptional for me, with contrasting flavors and perfect acidity.
For dessert, I had the latte standing, but I wasn't thrilled.
The price is in line with the cuisine, around €45 per person.
I'll be back soon when I visit Verona again.

A restaurant with a limited menu, but meticulous attention to detail and well-balanced flavors. The combinations far exceeded our expectations: from the salad to the ravioli to the tart. Highly recommended!

A lovely restaurant, nicely set with cloth napkins. The two-course menu for €31 offered a free choice and was delicious. The asparagus risotto and the quail were particularly good! The wine was decent, and the service was friendly and quick. There was only one toilet, which was quite crowded – you could see into the kitchen when you went out…

Dinner with colleagues. A restaurant right in the center of Verona. The cuisine is based on traditional yet refined ingredients. The waitress was kind and very friendly. Excellent value.

A modern osteria serving traditional flavors, a minimal yet contemporary take on classic dishes, top-quality ingredients, and a refined, high-end restaurant-style plating and presentation. The beef carpaccio, among the appetizers, and the egg with pecorino cheese and pea mousse are excellent. Both dishes are perfectly balanced in their (strong) flavors, with unexpected aromas and spices (wild thyme in particular) that lend complexity to the dishes. For the main course, the braised cheek with mashed potatoes is excellent, melting in your mouth. The service is attentive, very professional, yet casual. The only flaw is the desserts, perhaps a bit too simple in their conception and combinations, and certainly not up to par with the rest of the excellent menu. Highly recommended for any occasion.

Outstanding food! We were completely captivated by the creativity, modernity, and dedication with which the dishes were prepared. A blend of tradition (carpaccio, crespelle, mayonnaise salad, princess potatoes, profiteroles...) and the chef's personal touch (thicker, more tender slices, light dressings, light, glossy, intense sauces...). Everything was expertly crafted, without any convenience products, and served in perfectly sized portions. In a sea of mediocrity and touristy mass-market restaurants, it's a joy to find such culinary excellence. Service and ambiance were, at best, average. But that's to be expected at these prices, so we fully understand. Thank you for this wonderful culinary experience, and keep up the great work!

It was a wonderful evening. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, attentive, and precise.
Utmost professionalism.
The menu was very inviting: we opted for fried brains, crouton, a crepe with Custoza broccoli, and beef cheek.
Two glasses (one of ripasso and one of superiore), both excellent.
A phenomenal dessert, a surprise from the chef that I hope they add to the menu.
I will definitely be back, thank you!
