Extremely professional and courteous service 5. Excellently cooked food 6. Prices are very reasonable, compared to those of high-end restaurants. Thank you for the hospitality and, above all, for the good food, which is not easy to find in Rome's historic center. I recommend it; it's truly worth it. I'll gladly return. Thank you for everything. I forgot to mention the desserts, which are exceptional, all homemade.

26/07/2025: Excellent variety of cocktails, the menu takes you back to the Prohibition era of the 1920s in the USA. The menu is practically a book worth reading, explaining the flavors and names of the various drinks, even the most well-known ones. If none of them inspire you, just ask them, and they'll create a sensational cocktail based on your tastes! The presentation is also very thoughtful!

31/08/2025: On Saturday, August 30th, I had the pleasure of dining with my fiancé at Augurio Ristorante in Trento, and we couldn't have been more satisfied! We chose Samuele's surprise menu, and what a surprise it was! Each course was a masterpiece of flavors, with the freshest ingredients and creative pairings that made the dinner a true culinary journey. The presentation of the dishes was impeccable, and every bite was an explosion of flavor. The staff was exceptional: courteous, attentive, and passionate in explaining the details of each dish, making us feel pampered from start to finish. The restaurant's atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, perfect for a special evening. Kudos also to the wine list, which perfectly complemented our menu. Augurio is undoubtedly a must-visit for anyone seeking a high-end gastronomic experience in Trento. We'll be back soon, perhaps to try another menu! Thank you for making our evening so magical. 29/07/2025: We were passing through Scarlino. Among the narrow streets of the village, this little osteria intrigued us. The owner, David, was incredibly kind and seated us even though it was only 10 minutes before opening. Once inside, we felt right at home. Since he runs the restaurant and his mother runs the kitchen, the menu is limited, and rightly so. The meat is excellent. The local wines are also very good, and you can even buy them directly there. In short, a highly recommended place; everything is perfect. We need more places like this!

Il menù non ti fa perdere la testa ma è bene così, pochi piatti ma fatti come dio comanda secondo tradizione locale e gustosissimi. dall'antipasto, ai tortelli, al secondo. Bene il servizio, ottima la...cantina un pò su con i prezzi, questo si. dipende anche da che vino scegli e da quanto mangi. Da replicare.

22/07/2025: In a quiet, remote location, in a beautiful, completely renovated property that includes the restaurant and the nonna rooms/apartments, which we didn't visit. You can dine al fresco by the pool. The dinner was delicious, as was the wine they produce. And the prices are in line with the average. We'll definitely be back.

02/09/2025: We went there at the end of our stay in the region, and we received a warm and friendly welcome (I only speak a few words of Italian, and no better in English). And I must say that we regretted not having gone there sooner, because that would have allowed us to return. The ravioli with ragu as a starter and the sliced ​​beef with Parmesan on top were a real treat. And the wine, even in a bottle, was pleasant to drink. 20/08/2025: A pleasant evening. I really appreciated the hospitality, having a 1.5-year-old daughter. The staff was kind, attentive, yet discreet. We felt pampered by the excellent food and wine. Discovered through The Fork, with a regular discount. What can I say? We'll definitely be back!

12/07/2025: We had dinner here, and I think it's imperative to tell you about our experience. It was a fantastic evening, from the location to the service to the quality of the food, which was "excellent." We had four different appetizers, and everything was excellent, starting with the presentation—it looked like paintings. The quality of the cured meats was top-notch, the fried ones excellent, the ricotta delicious, and a trio of flowers that we've personally never had anywhere else. We then went straight to the main course, choosing meat. We had a Danish ribeye steak, and I'll start by saying that meat is their signature dish (it's no coincidence that they have a grill with an open fire and a fridge with a selection of DOC meats at the entrance). The flavor was excellent, it cut like butter. Regarding the location, attention to detail was paramount. Quality, heart, and passion reign supreme in this place, which I highly recommend whether it's a business dinner, a family dinner, or a romantic one like ours (they have a beautiful veranda). Kudos to the service, polite, friendly, and just the right amount of speed. Excellent value for money.

28/08/2025: The B&B owner recommended this restaurant. We tried it once, but we didn't look elsewhere. We returned for another four dinners! We tried both the à la carte menu and the pizzas. Despite the crowds, the service was quick and efficient. The menu had a good selection without being overwhelming. The dishes were plentiful, beautifully presented, and, above all, well-cooked with quality ingredients. Reservations are essential during high season!
