03/09/2025: Truly top-notch lake fish, as per local tradition! A beautiful location with a lake view, which can be enjoyed from the outdoor terrace or from a window. The interior is also enhanced by a rock face from the adjacent mountain. The wine list is also adequate; I tasted an excellent Kerner Alto Adige (even though Franciacorta is just a stone's throw away), which pairs perfectly with the cuisine. Well done!

01/09/2025: It wasn't what I expected. "Trattoria," in my opinion, should meet certain standards. This is a superior restaurant. As for the food, I don't know if I'd say it was bad, but I definitely wouldn't go back. Nothing special. The location certainly isn't a trattoria, but it certainly is, and the view makes a difference! Of course, this is my opinion, not a criticism. I was simply looking for a trattoria where I could try something traditional, and that wasn't the case.

19/08/2025: Umami Umami, you really over did yourself. Came with no expectations, left with wanting 10 more meals from them. Starters, Perfect. If you’ve ever had something Japanese and liked it, then get the Japanese Starters and if you didn’t like the the Japanese thing you tried, still get the Japanese Starters. They were absolute perfection. The onigiri perfect, the rice meat seaweed rap thing perfect and everything else just perfect. Starters alone already get a 5 Stars. Then if that didn’t already satisfy you get the Manila Burger, the meat the onion rings, everything was just perfect. I got it without sweat potatoes so I don’t know how it is with them, but how I got the Burger, it was perfect. Loved Everything so much. If I could I would give a Million Stars, 5 out of 5 would recommend and probably will come again if I’m ever in the area again.

17/08/2025: I love this pub, although calling it a pub is an understatement given the sophisticated dishes on the menu. My boyfriend and I dined here three nights in a row, and we would have returned a fourth if our little trip hadn't ended. The food was excellent, with innovative dishes. The staff was fantastic, friendly, and helpful. They also pay great attention to gluten-free options. We hope to return soon. Unfortunately, it's impossible to give more than 5 stars. Keep up the good work, because everything is fantastic. The dishes in the photos are all gluten-free.

The atmosphere is pleasant and contemporary. The table settings follow today's minimalist trend, yet the tableware, glassware, and ceramics are refined and high-quality. The staff is friendly and spontaneous. The management's commitment to providing attentive service is evident, even if the young age of the wait staff occasionally causes a few minor oversights. The core of the experience, however, remains undoubtedly the culinary offering. The selected fish and meats are of excellent quality. The plating reveals aesthetic research, and the technical execution is of high standards. It's true that the flavors are intensified by salty and spicy seasonings, but this is the DNA of the Eastern tradition. The wine selection deserves special mention, distinguished by particularly fair margins. The quality-price ratio is balanced. 14/07/2025: We stayed two nights to get away and relax, and that's exactly what we found: we were welcomed like family, with kindness and friendliness, yet professionalism. The place is gorgeous, with on-site parking, surrounded by greenery yet just steps from supermarkets and amenities. The rooms are cozy and clean, with air conditioning, which is always a plus. The restaurant is delicious, even offering some vegetarian options. The pool is gorgeous, very well-maintained, and has a fantastic view. All this at a truly fair price. Add to this the fact that, in addition to the courtesy and excellent service, there are also wonderful donkeys and ponies eager for cuddles and grass to eat, and I'd say it's the perfect place!

04/09/2025: We had requested an inside seat, but upon arrival, we were given an outside seat. The staff was inattentive to our requests, and the dishes were meager. We waited over an hour for five dishes, probably because they forgot. If you're in Spotorno, there are better places to eat!

06/09/2025: Punctual delivery and the product was well preserved, hot and cooked evenly, typical of an electric oven. TRIGU had been recommended to us for its long leavening and the quality of the filling and it did not disappoint expectations.

Theirs is more than just a regular pizza; the carefully selected and strictly seasonal ingredients are expertly combined to give everyone who tastes it a mouth-watering experience! The dough, made with quality flours and left to rise for a long time, is super digestible, even for those like me with a few digestive issues... A wide selection of vegan options is available, and for expectant mothers who don't want to give up the taste of a good pizza! Highly recommended!

31/08/2025: BRAVISVERI! I had the pleasure of going there for dinner with a friend, and we had a wonderful meal (the tartare and pork tenderloin are highly recommended). The food was excellent, with generous portions and very reasonable prices for the quality and quantity of the dishes offered. The staff was super helpful and friendly, ready to offer advice, and the desserts were also noteworthy, each one more delicious than the last (I recommend the white chocolate cheesecake!! Definitely worth trying).

07/09/2025: Exceptional ice cream! So natural, so fresh, simply perfect. It's rare to find an ice cream parlor where both the sorbet and the ice cream are perfect. Here we have one. Probably the best ice cream I've ever had!!!

27/07/2025: One of my best accidental discoveries. I stopped for a quick dinner and found heaven. I ate two panzerotto with octopus and potatoes in a row, they were so good. The freshly baked Rema and black cherry pasticciotto tastes like home. It's out of my way, but I'll gladly go back again to try something else.
