Their menu suggestions were perfect for us who have been in Rome for 3 weeks. Their menu is traditional with a twist. Service was impeccable. Hands down our best meal in the last 21 days! Five star!

Whoever retires from the fight... God bless you. In 6 we have gained 600 years of life. Excellent: mussels (everywhere shape and mussels are not, but great pieces of...), the busiate (at the gates of heaven) and the calamari (stuffed with sanctity), the grilled amberjack steak with caramelized onion and the grouper stew alla puttanesca (you will have to prostitute yourself just to get a seat). Well done. Hic menebimus optime!

04/04/2025: Delicious restaurant with Argentine cuisine where we had the pleasure of having dinner during a short stop in the area. Very tasty meat dishes, as well as dessert. The very kind and attentive staff, not only for the great attention to food issues, in my case gluten-free (local AIC) but also for recommending the type of dishes based on the customer's tastes. I highly recommend it and if we are in the area again we will definitely be back!

16/04/2025: If you are in Lignano Sabbiadoro and you want a sandwich that is out of the ordinary, Il Panino a Modo Tuo is a must-stop. The real star, however, is the quality of the sandwiches: fresh ingredients, original combinations and generous portions. In particular, the sandwich with bresaola, parmesan flakes and pistachio cream is a real treat. The contrast between the saltiness of the bresaola and the delicate sweetness of the pistachio cream creates a surprising and delicious balance of flavors. The parmesan flakes complete the whole thing with a strong and crunchy note. An unusual combination, but absolutely successful. I will definitely be back!

08/04/2025: Nice, welcoming, clean and well-furnished place with the possibility of sitting inside or outside, located practically in front of the Terrazza Mare. The service is fast and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Getting to the point, you can choose the ingredients with which to garnish your sandwich at a "fixed" price as you like and choose the preferred size, for example whether a whole sandwich or just half (obviously you pay half). I have always found fresh and varied ingredients, delicious cold cuts and everything handled with great care and hygiene. Each step (from payment, to the cold cuts, to the addition of the ingredients) is organized in sectors and with people who handle only in their field of action, not "contaminating" themselves with others (e.g. those who handle the cold cuts do not handle the ingredients and so on). If desired, it is also possible to order normal toast, accompanied by pink sauce on the side or sandwiches which are their "workhorses" for those who want to rely totally on them. My sandwich was with burrata, basil cream, caramelized onion, lettuce, tomato, peppers and raw ham… Outstanding!! ABSOLUTELY MUST TRY!

Alessandro is an exceptional bartender, professional, friendly and always attentive to every request. The drinks are prepared with great passion and quality. A place to gladly return to!

I had the pleasure of dining at Indaco, in Riccione, and from the first moments it was clear that it was not a simple restaurant, but a real sensorial journey. The cuisine was excellent not only on the palate, but also on the eye: each dish was a small work of art, plated with care and creativity. Each course was explained to us in detail, with attention and passion, and this made the experience even more engaging. The portions were just right, and each dish had a unique twist that set it apart. We were welcomed with great cordiality and felt pampered throughout the evening. In addition to the dishes ordered, we were offered welcome tastings: delicious, original and explained with the same care dedicated to the rest of the menu. A gesture that we really appreciated. The venue is a jewel: soft lights that create an intimate and relaxed atmosphere, and great attention to detail, which really makes the difference. The environment is comfortable and the staff is sociable and attentive, always available without ever appearing intrusive. In summary, Indaco is much more than a restaurant: it is an experience to be lived and enjoyed to the full. I will definitely return on the next occasion that brings me to Riccione.
