Ristorante nel cuore della Franciacorta. Abbiamo fatto il menu degustazione “inizio” tutto buonissimo. Il risotto franciacorta è buonissimo. Io sono celiaca e ho mangiato tutto. Il servizio è impeccabile. Location stupenda.

As soon as the entrance gate opens you are greeted by the staff who accompanies you to the cloakroom, before accompanying you to your table. A refined, well-kept environment, tables far apart from each other for privacy. Impeccable service with refined dishes and unique flavours. Despite the high quality of service and dishes, good prices.

I had dinner in this very fine, elegant and well-kept restaurant to celebrate my birthday, opting for the L'evolution tasting menu with paired glass tasting. The tasting menu consists of seven courses at the discretion of the chef to whom I made my lactose intolerance known during booking and it was managed in an excellent manner. Dining room staff always present but extremely reserved and discreet, so much so that their presence in the room was almost not noticed, the light music in the background made the evening even more pleasant and relaxed. A round of applause to all the staff members and the kitchen brigade, we will definitely see each other again

Abbiamo scelto il catering di Vivilo per il nostro matrimonio, un sogno. Lorenzo, chef e proprietario del ristorante, presente in prima persona all’evento, ha studiato una proposta ad hoc per i nostri gusti. Tutti i nostri invitati ci hanno riempiti di complimenti. Organizzati, coordinati e aperitivi e piatti spaziali. Anche il servizio vino molto attento. Dolci e torta nuziale (in collaborazione con Pasticceria Roberto) buonissimi anche quelli. Ultima, ma non meno importante: la presenza di Orsola, che ci ha seguiti in tutta l’organizzazione del matrimonio, è stata speciale: competente, professionale, veramente sempre presente e disponibile e pronta ad accoglierci con calore e sorrisi. Una persona dal cuore d’oro a cui è inevitabile affezionarsi. A lei dobbiamo dire grazie di cuore, è stata fondamentale. Ovviamente siamo tornati anche dopo il matrimonio nel loro ristorante con piacere, location favolosa e piatti sempre buoni ed equilibrati. Mi sono un po’ dilungata, ma meritano ogni parola. In sintesi: consigliatissimo.

Un posto fantastico dove si possono mangiare piatti gustosi e raffinati super consigliato fantastico il servizio e il sommelier Ramon!

Location molto carina nel cuore della Franciacorta. I locali interni sono di recente ristrutturazione (non molto comode le sedie). Buona l'entrè, ottimo il risotto con funghi e fontina cosi come la battuta di manzo con crema di carbonara. Dolci al top! Personale gentile e complimenti soprattutto al maître, molto preparato.
