A magnificent experience in every way. On the recommendation of some colleagues, we discovered this restaurant and can say without hesitation that it is truly excellent, distinguished by its quality, elegance, and customer service. The location is splendid, and the warm and refined atmosphere makes the experience even more enjoyable. Being in the center of Perugia, parking is not the easiest thing to find, but I recommend the Saba Piazza Partigiani car park, which is easily accessible via escalators; from there, it's a truly pleasant walk. The telephone reservation was quick and handled with great courtesy. The service, impeccable from start to finish, deserves special mention: the waiters were competent, discreet, always attentive, and capable of guiding the customer with precise and interesting explanations of the dishes. The cuisine is simply extraordinary. The truffle-based dishes were excellent, prepared with great care, balance, and quality ingredients. You can sense a great passion for cooking and an authentic attention to detail. Each course was a true pleasure, truly memorable. A high-end restaurant that combines professionalism, hospitality, and truly memorable cuisine. Sincere compliments to the entire staff for their work, which is evidently passionate and highly skilled. A place absolutely worth a visit, and one we will be delighted to return to.

Food and service were amazing. We had dinner there and we had so many options of food with black or white truffles. Totally recommend it. Tartar and beef fondue were put of this world 😍

The menu is varied, with the option to add truffles (abundant) to almost every dish, for an additional charge. The food is top-quality; the appetizers and first courses we tried were delicious. Excellent service, and the staff were kind and friendly. Average prices for a truffle-centric restaurant. Highly recommended!

Really wonderful! A truffle lover’s heaven but there are dishes for non-truffle fans too. The food was delicious and the service even better.

A very nice and welcoming place, the staff were helpful and attentive to the customer's needs. The truffles were simply fantastic and delicate. The tagliatelle were excellent, as were the appetizers. The cheese and truffle dessert was a must-try. I recommend it without a doubt.

If you are a truffle lover this is a must go. Very good service and absolutely delicious truffle dishes. Best pasta I have ever had in my life and the steak with truffle is absolutely a delicacy. For the quality of food offered is definitely worth paying a visit .

The service was impeccable: the waiters were knowledgeable, attentive, and always available to explain the dishes and offer the best recommendations. The food also lived up to expectations: excellent and truly tasty dishes. The food is delicious, and the quality of the ingredients is evident. A place I would happily return to and absolutely recommend to everyone!

I ate at Ristorante Al Tartufo in Perugia and had a truly excellent experience. As soon as we arrived, the staff explained very clearly the types of truffles available at the moment and how they are processed. They told us that white truffles are currently in season, while black truffles are not in season and are therefore processed (blast chilled/frozen) to be used even out of season. I really appreciated this transparency and the initial explanation. We ordered two tagliatelline with truffles (one with white truffle and one with black truffle), both very good and fragrant. Then a tagliata with lard, honey, walnuts, and black truffle, truly spectacular—a unique but successful combination. As a side dish, a zucchini gratin, simple but well-made. The service was kind and attentive, and the atmosphere was pleasant. A perfect place for those who want to eat well-prepared truffle dishes.
