A delightful little place, the owner is very welcoming, and the traditional Piedmontese food is well-prepared. Attention is paid to the presentation of the dishes. "Grandma's" crockery and tureens are used. The house wine is good and reasonably priced.

Silvia's is always a great place to be. Excellent food served in an intimate setting with attention to detail. I recommend the pork cheeks... they melt in your mouth.

On our way back from a weekend on the French Riviera, we stopped at this restaurant nestled in the Mondovì countryside, chosen at random for its proximity to the highway exit. We couldn't be happier with both the owner Silvia's warm welcome and the quality of her traditional dishes. I was particularly pleased with my choice of veal with tuna sauce, rabbit tuna, and pappardelle with wild boar, as well as the Piedmontese take on Sacher torte. A new favorite!
