CONVIVIUM REDIBIS - An afternoon outdoors with live mozzarella, freshly baked pinsa, and local products. When creativity and charm meet flavor and expertise, in a pleasant and relaxing setting, the basic ingredients for an evening at Redibis are served. Needless to say, the mozzarella and pinsa, all freshly prepared, were amazing! We can't wait for the next appointment!

I ate everything from appetizer to dessert. I haven't had that in years. But it was all so good.

A small restaurant nestled in the greenery of the Langhe. An intimate and romantic atmosphere. Quality food and authentic flavors, accompanied by the attentive service of owner Silvia. An evening of good food and tranquility.

Everything was excellent: the welcome from Silvia and her knowledgeable staff, the carefully prepared dishes, never boring, and made with excellent ingredients. We'll definitely be back and recommending it to our dear friends.

Lunch break en route to the Ligurian Riviera. Good food and extremely friendly staff. A very well-kept rustic location.

A delightful little place, the owner is very welcoming, and the traditional Piedmontese food is well-prepared. Attention is paid to the presentation of the dishes. "Grandma's" crockery and tureens are used. The house wine is good and reasonably priced.

Silvia's is always a great place to be. Excellent food served in an intimate setting with attention to detail. I recommend the pork cheeks... they melt in your mouth.

On our way back from a weekend on the French Riviera, we stopped at this restaurant nestled in the Mondovì countryside, chosen at random for its proximity to the highway exit. We couldn't be happier with both the owner Silvia's warm welcome and the quality of her traditional dishes. I was particularly pleased with my choice of veal with tuna sauce, rabbit tuna, and pappardelle with wild boar, as well as the Piedmontese take on Sacher torte. A new favorite!
