Tuscany on the table. A young restaurant steeped in Tuscan tradition. Pappa al pomodoro with roasted Cinta pork cheek, pici with old-fashioned capocollo ragù, and beef fillet. Tradition and modern interpretations make for a pleasant stop. Excellent service, as is the wine list.

Amazing food and experience! We didn't realize that reservations were recommended, but were lucky enough to get a table around 7:15pm. We ordered the caprese salad, mozzarella fritters and onion jam, pici al ragu, and cacio e pepe risotto. Everything was so delicious - especially the pici al ragu and onion jam!!! I highly recommend mixing a little of the onion jam with the pici al ragu. In addition, the service/waitstaff were exceptional.

We sell T-bone steaks weighing at least 1kg. But it is delicious. Be sure to try the ragu pasta as well. If there are two of you, just order the meat.
