We loved it! The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. They treated us with such kindness, recommended the perfect wine to pair with our meal, and we even learned the Italian word "scarpetta" (to clean the plate with bread) because it was impossible to leave a single drop. Everyone at our table was delighted! We will definitely be back.

The atmosphere and location were lovely; we came on a Monday at 1:30 pm and the restaurant was quite quiet.
We received a very warm welcome, and the service was very quick and responsive.
Special mention for the very pleasant background music.

This restaurant definitely has a cool atmosphere, and the service was flawless. Unfortunately, the kitchen doesn't match the front of house; the food was a massive disappointment and highly overrated.
I started with the Cantabrian Anchovies. The ingredient quality just wasn't there, and the presentation—arranged like a tic-tac-toe board—felt a bit juvenile. My main course was the saffron spaghetti with langostino, which completely lacked flavor. It’s a great spot if you’re solely looking for a trendy backdrop, but if you want a substantial, flavorful meal, I'd pick another place.

Our old friend, who came here 10 years ago, brought us. The history is amazing and since the owner changed last year according to the waiter, the atmosphere wasn't what I expected – we wanted the traditional vibe, but heard Beyoncé and Alicia Keys. No issue with the music, but it felt out of place in an Italian restaurant. Also, the food was good, however because I've been in Italy over 2 weeks now and eaten lots, so the price didn't match our expectation (we didn’t order any alcoholic just sparkling water).
Overall it's still lovely and I'm grateful and all I just wanted that old vibe.

Average, basic restaurant just like all the others in Florence. Vibe was okay and I barely remember the different plates; nothing special. Get pasta (gluten free available, too) and you will be happy, as you will be anywhere else you go. This is the self-advice I learned the hard way. Everything else - meat/fish mains and starters - will be a gamble.

Waitress forgot to order my steak. Then when it came it was completely overcooked. No one ever asked how it was. Nice waitress, and probably good recipes, but very poorly executed. I don’t recommend. The food and experience was not worth the money.

The food was splendid, the place is lovely, but the waiter was incredibly rude. The tables next to us were treated wonderfully—a warm welcome, even offering limoncello shots, jokes, smiles, etc.—while he turned his back on us, ignored us, and spoke to us very curtly. He even ignored one of our tablemates when he asked for more wine. Honestly, he left a very bad impression on us. The service was terrible, but the food was excellent. It's sad that they only seem nice to the Americans to get extra tips. They should treat everyone equally.
