Wonderful hosts and very friendly staff, we felt very comfortable, the food, the room, everything was top-notch, we can only recommend it, we would love to come back again.

Another week with half board and, as usual, we felt very comfortable. In our case, we brought our motorcycle along, and the accommodation was fantastic, a perfect base for day trips. Even in bad weather, the sauna area was a great place to relax. The room, service, and food were all excellent. We always enjoy coming back.

Our stay at the Hotel Eismacherei Rösswirt left us with nothing but warm and wonderful impressions. From the very first minutes, we felt the genuine warmth and hospitality – the atmosphere here is truly cozy and almost like being at home. We would especially like to highlight the cuisine: The food was simply outstanding, prepared with great love and care. Every meal was a real treat. The hosts are incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive people. Their genuine care makes the stay particularly pleasant and unforgettable. We were also very pleasantly surprised and grateful for the complimentary room upgrade – a wonderful gesture and further proof of the high standard of service. We would love to return and highly recommend the Hotel Eismacherei Rösswirt to anyone who appreciates warmth, coziness, and genuine hospitality.

We spent another six wonderful days at the Rösslwirt in Barbian. The warm welcome we received promised a lovely stay, and that's exactly what we had. My electric car was easily charged at the wallbox in the garage, the food is prepared with fresh, local produce, and the drink prices are very reasonable. And if you get thirsty in the middle of the night, you can get half a liter of still or sparkling Plose water in a returnable bottle from the refrigerator for 50 cents – on the honor system! And no plastic. There are beautiful hiking trails starting right from the hotel, or you can take the bus directly from the hotel (hourly service, free with the South Tyrol Card). The sauna is heated upon request and is equipped with all the modern and eco-friendly amenities. This hotel is a place to feel good – we'd love to come back!

We were hiking the Chestnut Trail and the Rösslwirt was the perfect place to stay, especially the regional cuisine and the breakfast with many homemade products, as well as the family's hospitality – we felt very welcome. I would definitely book again! A fantastic stay!

Modern and well-maintained – ideal for relaxation and unwinding. Whether it's the sauna, the relaxation areas, or the whirlpool: everything is just perfect. After an active day of skiing, there was nothing better for us. The hotel's cuisine is absolutely top-notch. The dishes are outstanding – varied, creative, and lovingly prepared. Quality and regional sourcing are paramount. Every course was a delight. You can immediately tell that the food is cooked with love and passion. The service is first-class: attentive, friendly, professional, and yet pleasantly personal. The entire team ensures, with palpable warmth, that guests want for nothing. In short: A hotel where you can truly feel at home. We would love to return and wholeheartedly recommend the Rösslwirt!
