The shop is 100% authentic, we tasted all the cheeses before we bought them and they were all top quality. I took about 4 kinds of cheese. The buffalo mozzarella is absolutely delicious (we hope we can get through airport security with the liquid from the mozzarella bag). The staff is very well prepared with explanations and recommendations for storage / preparation / combinations with other foods / recipes. Special thanks to Mihaela from Pitesti for the very good advice (even though she has been working at this store for 6 months)! Congratulations on the quality of the products!
