You have to come back: one visit isn't enough.
It was almost a coincidence that we chose three dishes that share the citrus notes of lemon—from the appetizer, to the main course, to the dessert.
You can sense a great deal of research behind these balances: it won't be easy to create new offerings with such a structured menu.
Next time I definitely want to try their tempeh.

I had a really great time. The food was excellent, you could really taste the quality of the ingredients, and the flavors were rich and satisfying. The service was reasonably fast, the staff were very kind and knowledgeable, and very approachable. They gave me excellent advice. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the dishes were meticulously crafted, even in their presentation. A very positive note: they also have gluten-free options. I'll be back in a heartbeat.

This is the first time I've called a chef to my table to compliment him. The cannelloni are the best vegan dish I've ever tried. Perfectly balanced and visually pleasing. Everything was delicious. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. 5/5

This vegan restaurant is located in a beautiful area next to the castle, with plenty of parking spaces all around.
Upon entering, we were very disappointed with the atmosphere, but fortunately, that turned out to be the adjacent Osteria, and we found ourselves one door down in a beautiful ambiance. Sleek, but atmospheric thanks to the abundance of light wood, and with a beautiful view over the lower landscape.
The service was prompt, professional, and exceptionally friendly.
We ordered the Essenziale tasting menu and were treated to various dishes that were a feast for the eyes and the palate. The flavors were extraordinarily surprising. For example, a 'cream of vegan feta' with the beetroot carpaccio, which truly had a light note of goat cheese, or a cream of fermented lemon under the risotied risoni pasta with wild garlic, which provided an exceptionally fresh contrast.
Compliments followed one after another also came from the table next to us.
The wines served were also excellent.
Perhaps one of the more expensive restaurants for the region (but certainly not extremely so), but well worth the money. Highly recommended, which we will visit more often in the future.

A well-kept restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere.
Friendly staff and quick service.
Some dishes are interesting and elaborate, both in presentation and preparation, while some options don't justify the price: €13 for a late-season radicchio dish with four pine nuts and a mousse is too much.
Bread is not included, but it could easily be included in the €3 cover charge.
The table setting lacks some attention: a runner or placemat would be appreciated to avoid having to put bread on the table. The desserts are excellent!

I attended the cooking class organized by the restaurant.
Chef Pierre is a wonderful person, knowledgeable, and always ready to offer excellent advice.
The quality of the ingredients was undeniable, and the preparation was on par with the best restaurants. The pairings and plating were the result of careful study and great skill.
I will definitely be back.
