An extraordinary experience. From appetizer to dessert, they must have served about twenty courses. Special thanks to Carolina and the entire service staff, who perfectly complemented the creations of Chef Scarello and his team.

Everything was simply extraordinary.
It's one of those rare moments when cooking stops being cooking and becomes a language. Every dish tells a story, but above all, it leaves its mark.
The dinner was a truly emotional journey: each creation has a powerful identity, yet at the same time, everything is incredibly harmonious. A difficult balance to achieve, which here becomes natural. And at the same time, extraordinary.
What made the experience even more special was the atmosphere: magical, elegant, yet never distant. The staff embodies a warm professionalism, combining expertise, sensitivity, and extreme courtesy. You can sense genuine attention to every detail and constant care for the guests' well-being.

Perhaps one of the best Michelin-starred restaurants I've ever been to. Michela and Emanuele Scarello run this restaurant in the heart of Friuli. The experience is extraordinary, starting with an aperitif and freshly prepared table setting. I tried the classic tasting menu; chef Emanuele Scarello takes you on a journey of fresh, vegetal and citrus flavors in every course. All courses have a "doppio," or a combination of the main course. We also had an off-menu dish that amazed us. The pastries were a surprise: desserts that aren't sweet, blending with savory notes to bring a perfect experience to a fresh conclusion. The service was impeccable; Maître d' Michela made us feel at home and left us with a little something to make our remaining days in the Collio area special. I hope to return soon.

Perfect anniversary!
My fiancée and I celebrated our third anniversary yesterday. We couldn't have chosen a better place!
They welcomed us right away with an aperitif, followed by the tasting menu. A unique experience, with a perfect balance of seafood and meat dishes. I'll remember the pigeon for a long time! The pastries were also delicious. The service was meticulously maintained. Recommended for anyone looking for a special evening.

A pleasant discovery in the Friuli region. A beautiful journey through citrus notes, herbs, and local flavors. The grilled cuttlefish with nduja cream, in particular, warmed our hearts.
