01/08/2025: Excellent fish supplì, breaded roasted trout with grilled vegetables. Lakeside, swans, cats, and busy spiders. Starry skies and a view of Piedilugo.

15/08/2025: August 15, 2025, very hot, but as soon as we entered the dining room, we were greeted by a natural coolness. They provided portable air conditioners and fans to offset the heat, which was commendable. I was impressed by the renovation. The tables were elegantly set, we were welcomed with great kindness, everyone was very friendly and willing to make us feel at home. Excellent food 💯 Thanks again, we'll be back.

05/08/2025: Beautiful restaurant with a truly fairytale atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff and food that is not only beautiful to look at but also delicious, I highly recommend it.

17/05/2025: On May 2nd we celebrated our wedding at Cascina Ranverso. Everything was wonderful, from the organization in the days before, to the services offered, up to the wedding day itself. The catering service was excellent both in terms of quality and total attention and dedication to each guest. The place was taken care of in every detail, the staff was very kind, helpful and really attentive to any need, whether culinary or organizational. The rooms to spend the night in are beautiful, furnished with great care as is every corner of this extraordinary Cascina. The parking is large and convenient, the Cascina is accessible and suitable for children who spent a very fun day. Everything was absolutely perfect, thanks to the staff, the chef and Noemi for allowing us to celebrate such an important day in a superlative way.

06/05/2025: We took part in a communion... the choice of location was really right! The place outside is well looked after, surrounded by greenery and a landscape that forms the perfect setting. The internal room is rustic with exposed bricks and large modern windows. The food for the event is the result of traditional dishes enriched with refined combinations, pleasing to the palate... all good in short! Too bad there wasn't an encore😅 certainly recommended

10/08/2025: Highly recommended! It's close to the tourist area, but don't think this is one of the typical traps. Amazing food on a very high level! The waiter spoke both Italian, English and German fluently and the service was definitely 5 stars across the board! Super fresh seafood, really really good grilled fish, soooo tasty pasta. Definitely try the bruschetta a la chef with fish and the octopus salad! Delicious pistachio cream as desert! Only downside was the noisy street right next us when sitting outside - not really something they can influence. Ask the waiter for recommendations too, they know their stuff! Could not have asked for a better place for our last night on Sicily! (also only a bit pricier for us because we had two bottles of wine 😅)

26/06/2025: Really great meat, perfectly cooked. Special combinations, but very delicious. Fast and punctual service, beautiful garden (in summer it's cool) and easy parking in the nearby street. They are sensitive and attentive to special dietary needs (allergies). I recommend booking

16/06/2025: Italianicius da anni una garanzia, soprattutto per celiaci. Sempre attenti e disponibili, personale preparato e professionale, ottima la pinsa senza glutine! Sia gli hamburger al piatto che i taglieri di salumi e formaggi perfetti! Tappa fissa a Giardini Naxos per aperitivo o cena!

05/06/2025: Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time for a waiter, even though we were at one of the occupied tables. The food arrived before the drinks, which were unfortunately also forgotten. While serving the food, the waiter didn't notice that there were no drinks at the table, even though he was the one who took them.

28/07/2025: Dinner with friends; we had the frogs and fried fish, and tagliatelle with ham for a starter. Everything was delicious. The rice cake was amazing. Highly recommended.

20/07/2025: Trattoria in the center of Baricella, a tidy town on the plains between Bologna and Ferrara. It's a typical trattoria/restaurant in the area, well-maintained, especially considering the price range (which is always worth considering). It's one of those places where reservations are always recommended, and it seems to be very popular with locals, too. The local specialty is frogs. If you don't like them, just don't order them. The first course selection is limited, but the menu features four staples of Bolognese cuisine: tagliatelle, tortelloni, tortellini in broth, and passatelli in broth. There's also frog risotto. The second course selection is a bit more generous, both fish and meat. Octopus with potatoes (which we ordered) was not available on the menu, along with other dishes. There are only three desserts, but they're all top-notch. Generous portions. Prices are very reasonable. Service is fast, friendly, attentive, and helpful. Truly delicious tortelloni, excellent octopus with potatoes, delicious and generous cooked vegetables (for €4), and a huge portion of fiordilatte (a delicious kind of pudding)—many other places would have made at least three portions with that amount. Excellent value for money.

15/08/2025: Excellent artisanal gelato shop, in terms of product, service, and value for money—my absolute favorite. Behind every flavor lies a wealth of experience, hard work, and quality ingredients. They're all delicious, and I recommend trying their incredibly original flavors, which often include local products. Since discovering them, I've had a hard time eating any other gelato.

28/07/2025: Very good ice cream. We ordered a 500g bowl. Fior di latte with mango and Nutella. Top notch, and 11 euros alone, while the others are usually 13 euros. Very good value for money.

03/08/2025: Wonderful restaurant. Discovered by chance, we've been happy to return. The welcome is always warm and friendly, the atmosphere is cute and comfortable, and the food is excellent. My husband and I are vegan and found the menu inclusive at more than fair prices. Highly recommended, the grilled mushrooms are out of this world!

02/08/2025: Welcoming place...outside terrace overlooking the square and Privenzano church. Very kind and professional waiters. The pizza was really good, made with quality ingredients. The best Donzelle and prosciutto.
