A truly wonderful experience at Café Restaurant Grüner. A charming location, attentive and friendly service, and a cuisine that combines tradition with meticulous attention to detail. The green ribbon pasta served in a copper pan was a real highlight: beautifully presented with perfectly balanced flavors of bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, and broccoli. The mushroom carpaccio and the baked bruschetta with bacon and cheese were also excellent, accompanied by a superbly prepared Spritz. Sitting outside in the sun, you can enjoy the tranquility of the place. The value for money is outstanding. We will definitely be back!

The food here is absolutely delicious! You can find authentic local dishes, and the location is simply gorgeous, perfectly situated next to the beautiful historic abbey of the Certosa. The atmosphere is magical.

Wanting to fully immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of the Schnalstal Valley, we turned to this restaurant recommended by the owner of our hotel. The atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from a traditional establishment. The service is quick, attentive, and with a smile. The asparagus salad is crisp and perfectly seasoned. The dumplings are firm and tasty, and the broth is flavorful. The pork, both in cream sauce and with onions, is tender and flavorful. The char, in addition to its splendid presentation, is perfectly cooked and fragrant. The entrecôte is tender and flavorful... and the Kaiserschmarren is delicious, bordering on sinful... In short, we spent a pleasant evening delighting our palates. Leaving the table, you feel light but pleasantly full. And then... honestly... I expected to spend more.
