We dined at this trattoria during our trip to Sicily and were truly delighted. We sampled several traditional Sicilian dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients and bursting with authentic flavor. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Furthermore, the value for money was excellent: we ate very well and paid a fair price. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Sicilian cuisine!

My wife and I had dinner here to conclude our week in Sicily. Highly recommended. The spicy mussels were divine, the pasta superb, the Etna wine perfect, and the service very attentive and friendly. Reservations are essential, as it's always very busy! A top spot in Catania.

Excellent service from the young team. The dishes were spectacular; we had read good reviews, but they surprised us. A friendly, wholesome atmosphere, unpretentious, but with beautifully prepared dishes. Very traditional, home-style cooking. We loved it, and the price was great. The pasta was amazing, and the antipasti were fantastic. Highly recommended.

Just what you're looking for in a trattoria! Excellent, simple, and authentic food, and the portions are generous. The atmosphere is homey, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I finished the entire bread basket trying to soak up the sauce for the Pepata di cozze!

One of the most beloved places. In the heart of Catania, behind Piazza Università, not always accessible due to the bustle of the historic center.
Welcoming, cheerful, and respectful of the customer in every detail. It's a trattoria, but what a trattoria! The authentic flavors of Catania cuisine, as if your grandmother had cooked it.

We were persuaded to go by the elegant gentleman in the suit in the photo. The food wasn't impressive – the fennel salad was completely swimming in orange sauce, the seafood mix was decent but very sparse, as were the meatballs, which required additional toppings. The prices were rather high considering the quantity and quality. The atmosphere was decent, and the service varied.
