10/07/2025: Located in the historic center of town, we were very impressed by this trattoria. The menu offers a wide selection of traditional Tuscan dishes, some with very imaginative names. Everything is cooked really well, and the staff is very kind and professional, very attentive to what's going on around them. To drink, we ordered their house red wine, and unlike many places where they serve undrinkable wines, their San Giovese was really good. It's a shame we couldn't return to try something else since we were passing through after a hike. I think there's a problem with parking; the restaurant is located in the historic center, which is in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), which at the time was accessible but with a 30-minute disc. Outside, we only found a two-hour disc zone, so we stayed there. We were in a hurry, and we don't know if there are other options.

15/08/2025: When we arrived, we were greeted by waiters, all male, very kind and attentive. We were seated outside in the garden among the olive trees and other trees. The atmosphere was wonderful, with lights that weren't too bright, but not so low that they risked blocking your view. Great background music, reminiscent of old movies, was just the right volume to allow you to talk without shouting. The temperature was cool compared to the heat these days. I must say the evening was pleasant. Despite there being several tables, no one was shouting, allowing you to talk. We toasted with a nice Prosecco, but you could also have a classic aperitivo. It's a shame the accompanying chips were soaked in oil. I ordered the mixed seafood for two and the risotto, and that's when the trouble began. The mixed seafood was rather bland, well presented, but let's just say it didn't leave a good impression. The risotto was unclassifiable. I don't know what type of grain they used, but some were overcooked and others completely raw. It tasted like a fish broth made with shellfish, with a slight bitter aftertaste. There were plenty of pieces of shellfish and chopped pistachios, but alas, their flavor was overpowered by the broth, which also served as an aroma. We had asked for a profiterole, since it was a birthday dinner, filled with cream, but it arrived filled with cream. Luckily, it was still good and didn't taste like something from a sachet. The others had grilled fish, which was more shellfish-based, good but not epic, and rabbit was good but not exceptional. The mushroom crepes were appreciated, while the Mazzara prawns on spring vegetables were a prawn on bean sprouts that weren't very fresh. Water, wine, and a cover charge completed the meal. All this for the "modest" price of €240. Also, based on the reviews, I was expecting pizza, but there was none. Again, I'd give it 7 stars for the atmosphere and staff, but the food, in my humble opinion, needs a major overhaul.

The atmosphere is refined but welcoming, perfect for a special dinner or lunch. The traditional Trentino dishes were a real discovery: tasty, well presented and prepared with quality ingredients. The staff was fantastic!! Very kind, attentive and friendly, able to make us feel pampered from start to finish. Absolutely recommended!! Thank you very much, we will be back!!

07/08/2025: Renaldo served me. Very good service. The tonnaeelli cacio e Pepe pasta didn't wow me. The pizza was excellent, and the cold beer was delicious in large glasses. They offered us free lemonade!!! The location is strategic and beautiful. Just meters from historical monuments.

13/08/2025: I understand that it's August 13th and that the employees may not feel like working, but a little courtesy would be appreciated given the price of a 33cl glass of beer. When I asked what type of beer it was, I was shown a chalkboard explaining the ingredients. I don't recommend the high prices, and the beer they sell can be found in other places with superior service and courtesy. P.S. When asking for something to eat, 25g packet of crisps for €2.

22/07/2025: A friend recommended Nuvo Osteria Pizzeria in Oulx, and I was thrilled. A welcoming place, with young and passionate management, and friendly and helpful waiters. The pizza is truly excellent: the dough is light and easy to digest, well-cooked, and made with quality ingredients. There's a wide selection, and each pizza is generous and well-topped. You can taste the attention to every detail. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

06/08/2025: If you’re looking for a romantic and delicious restaurant in Florence then look no further. I ordered the most delicious chicken parmigiana that I had on my trip. The chicken was very fresh tasting, and flavorful without being too heavy. The restaurant has amazing energy, and is both relaxing and exciting to visit. The service was incredible, and the wine was delicious.
