08/09/2025: I've been to Hedò in Pizzo and can't recommend it highly enough! The fish is incredibly fresh and impeccably cooked, every dish is a true delight. The open kitchen is spectacular, immediately conveying the transparency and passion they put into it. The owner is incredibly friendly and makes you feel at home, while the waiters are incredibly professional and attentive. The wine selection is also excellent, perfect for pairing with the dishes. The location is beautiful, well-kept, and welcoming, and the prices are truly fair for the quality offered. In short, it's one of those experiences that stays with you forever and makes you want to return as soon as possible. Hedò is a must-try in Pizzo!

22/10/2025: The best restaurant in Bormio, hands down. You immediately notice the service, which is helpful and friendly. The dishes are all delicious: rich in flavor, delicate, and the chef's attention to detail is evident. I highly recommend the pizzoccheri and risotto, an explosion of flavor from the first bite. The desserts are spectacular: everything on the menu is a taste experience, with remarkable recipes and commendable precision. It's worth at least one evening for every tourist passing through Bormio.

03/10/2025: If the first thing you're asked after greeting is, "Would you like something to drink? Water or beer?", that's very courteous. Otherwise, it's "Please bring your ID." You can tell that Rebecca and Roberto are fully committed to their guests' well-being. Not only is Rebecca an excellent cook, she also takes time for a quick chat and offers interesting tips for day trips. We were absolutely thrilled. The entire property is very well-maintained, the pool clean and inviting. The view of the valley, especially at sunset, is simply picturesque. After only a three-day stay, saying goodbye was a bit sad. These two are truly special people.

01/11/2025: From the reviews, I expected better. We had dinner here, bringing a foreign guest to sample typical Italian dishes. Prices were a bit high. Quality was average. Honestly, we paid too much for dishes that didn't wow us, both in terms of flavor (it felt like eating at home) and quantity (the eggplant pasta, the lamb appetizer consisted of three miniature meatballs, cacio pepe pasta, and another pasta dish). We didn't leave feeling satisfied, so we'll be unlikely to return. Friendly staff. Ample parking.

15/09/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant with my family for a birthday. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, as is the presentation. The portions are just right. The space is bright and spacious, with a lovely outdoor garden. The restaurant's real asset is the staff. From the owners, who are very present, to the events manager, Sofia, and every single waiter...everyone makes you feel at home and is very helpful. The service is elegant and attentive. My compliments, truly. Highly recommended for events of all kinds.

10/10/2025: We'd spent days deciding where to spend an evening with friends, but we were unlucky; perhaps we just missed the restaurant's one bad night. The cacio e pepe had such a strong salad flavor that it overpowered the flavor of the cheeses and tomato in the amatriciana; it must have just slipped by. The youngest waitress was the kindest person.

28/09/2025: A truly unique little place, where you can enjoy local specialties with a modern twist. Crescenzo, the owner, is so knowledgeable about each dish...it makes you want to try everything! At the end of the evening, it's natural to thank them for the wonderful culinary and human experience they offer.

19/09/2025: The food at Floyd is delicious! Crescenzo's girlfriend's cooking is spectacular, with authentic dishes and attention to every detail. In the dining room, Crescenzo is incredibly friendly and kind: he welcomes you like you're at home. A special place where I'll definitely return!

24/09/2025: The worst restaurant I ate at in Sardinia. I'm not giving it zero stars because I can't. I left it until the last day of my vacation because the restaurant was always full and because the food actually looked really good. I knew the drinks were expensive, but I wanted to try the food. Everything was super salty, it felt like I was eating salt straight from the salt shaker. Lots of bread and chips and little meat, fish, or vegetables. Now I understand the price of the drinks, because they were so salty they made you thirsty and forced you to drink.

04/10/2025: We visited this restaurant on August 20th. We had mixed fritters as an appetizer and arrosticini: classic, liver, and handmade. The food wasn't bad, but the service, hopefully due to the large crowd, could use some updating. The cover charge would have included bread (an excellent base for arrosticini), but it wasn't brought to us, and looking at other tables, we weren't the only ones. The arrosticini, however, were brought to us in batches: the first eight (four each), and only after a bit of a wait were the rest. I understand they were different types, but having to "taste" them and then wait a bit longer spoils your appetite. Regardless, this is a place that certainly knows its stuff, but the price of the arrosticini has reached quite high levels.

25/10/2025: Set lunch menu: the best Valtellina cuisine I've ever tasted! It exceeded every expectation, from appetizers to dessert (the crème brûlée was exceptional!). Authentic ingredients, generous portions, and service always accompanied by a smile and great kindness. Stunning location, nestled among the chestnut trees of Val Gerola. And overall, the restaurant is decorated with great attention to detail. The service is super friendly and helpful. And then there's the food! So fresh! So well-balanced!
