There's really little to say, but so much to enjoy. This osteria has a spectacular panoramic view (Mount Soratte in the background), located in a charming and welcoming village, Casperia, which is worth a visit. Osteria Vigna is a perfect fit in this timeless setting, with its cheerful, helpful, and attentive staff. The appetizers include cured meats and cheeses, made with local products and boasting authentic flavors. The first courses lived up to expectations: tasty, well-seasoned, and plentiful. The wild boar pieces in the stringozzi were a select cut, incredibly tender and flavorful (no sinew). There wasn't room for a second course, but I plan to return and try something else. Yes, my wife and I will be back! 😀

29/05/2026: Without a doubt one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. The location is quiet and you have a beautiful view from the terrace. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Definitely a place to come back to!
