If you're looking for the king of arrosticini, this is the place! Mimmo is the master par excellence, both in selecting and preparing the ingredients and in cooking the arrosticini themselves. I absolutely recommend the liver arrosticini (my favorite), and the smaller arrosticini are chewier and more succulent than the larger ones. Their cacio e ovo meatballs are also a must-try.

An excellent restaurant for authentic Abruzzo arrosticini, with consistently high-quality meat and appetizers.
The three stars, however, aren't due to the food, but rather to something I've noticed over the years as a regular customer: a progressive and steady increase in prices, while the offerings have remained essentially unchanged. Where once you'd spend 20–25 euros per person, today you can easily pay up to 35 euros, with no real added value to justify the difference.
Another sore point is the wine list, which is rather limited and lacks quality labels, as are the desserts, which are poorly curated and likely could be improved (or completely overhauled).
Finally, it's sad to note the disappearance of those little touches that made all the difference, like the complimentary coffee or liqueur at the end of the meal: a simple but much-appreciated gesture that helped build customer loyalty.
Overall, it remains a good place for arrosticini, but the quality-price ratio is less convincing than in the past.

Good starters but excellent kebabs in all three variations. The traditional ones which are not so traditional because they are mounted with very thin slices of meat, the handmade ones made from selected morsels and finally the liver ones finally without onion.
