11/10/2025: Excellent experience. I had lunch at this delicatessen with a kitchen. The smoked and unsmoked burrata were excellent. The table service was pleasant, friendly, and provided excellent information about the dishes. I had a truly delicious Parma ham, cut into chunks. I finished with a traditional Bari-style rice, potatoes, and mussels. It was my first time trying this dish. Good.

19/10/2025: If you want to enjoy an excellent food and wine experience and be sure of a great meal, I highly recommend La Fabbrica. We've been going there for years, and it still manages to surprise us every time: expertly selected wines, rare cheeses, and dishes that combine tradition and creativity with an obsessive attention to quality. Alessandro, the owner, is a true ambassador of taste, always ready to recommend perfect pairings. Here, the ingredients truly take center stage, and having them in Vibo Valentia is a real blessing!

18/10/2025: Super delicious food and a really nice atmosphere – modern and industrial, yet still warm and inviting. The burgers and meat dishes were perfect, the wine was excellent, and the advice was top-notch. The fries and polenta sticks, in particular, are something different – ​​really good! You can tell the team puts in the effort. We'll definitely be back!

13/10/2025: Menu choice: MOMENTS, good, balanced dishes, with the right amount of emphasis on pairings. BUT DON'T CHOOSE THE WINE GLASS PAIRING. We personally never choose it from a sommelier. Given the restaurant, we trusted the girl in the dining room, but she served us mediocre wines to say the least (two out of five were fine, one was €10 on the shelf). For goodness' sake, it's also our fault for not choosing from the menu. The service lacked some attention: the bread was good but cold, the explanation of the dishes lacked several ingredients. My friend, who's intolerant to porcini mushrooms, communicated this right away, but for the main course, they didn't serve anything in place of the mushrooms, just the meat... We can accept everything, but such a poor wine served to someone who demands extra attention from you, especially with the drinks, is a grave mistake. (Given the answer: AIS level 3 and a degree in food and wine, a wine is not mediocre because it costs €10, but the wine you served us was, in my subjective opinion)

04/10/2025: The food was excellent, and the place deserves four stars, but I'm giving it three because I didn't appreciate the way the head waiter addressed a young waitress. It wasn't a big deal, but the attitude seemed excessive and ruined the atmosphere a bit.

28/09/2025: We stumbled upon this osteria by pure chance, drawn by the Roman cuisine. We were immediately greeted with great hospitality and courtesy. Their promises were kept; the atmosphere is intimate and makes you feel at home, and the traditional Roman dishes are masterfully crafted with respect for seasonality (something not to be underestimated). We'll definitely be back, especially because we want to try more. 😋

11/10/2025: An exceptional hotel, meeting every possible need, with attention to detail. The room offers a stunning view of the surrounding landscape. Breakfast is varied, and you can enjoy delicious cakes. The owner and staff were extremely welcoming and kind. We thank the owner, Giuseppe, who put us in touch with local artist Professor Mario Sansone and Mr. Rocco De Rosa, with whom we immersed ourselves in a beautiful journey rich in history, legends, and artistic beauty that demonstrate the creativity and vitality of the place. The location is central for reaching nearby attractions.
