04/09/2025: I've been a loyal customer of this pizzeria for over 13 years: every August, I happily return several times a month, and I've always found excellent pizzas, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. Last night, however, I noticed a bit of a wait both to order and to receive my food. I fully understand that there were many people and few waiters, so this isn't meant as a criticism, but rather as a suggestion: perhaps adding a few more people to the dining room might make the service even smoother. Also, I've always ordered the classic tomato pizza, but this time I wanted to try the one with zucchini cream: the ingredients were excellent, but the cream seemed a bit too salty. That said, I consider this experience an exception to the standards I'm used to, and for this reason, I'm happy to confirm my 5-star rating. I hope this review can help further improve a service I already consider excellent.

14/10/2025: Brasserie La Griglia, a delight for the palate and beyond! Meat cuts from around the world of unparalleled quality. I often organize dinner with my usual group of friends to take us on an ever-changing culinary journey, sampling every type of meat. The service is sublime, expertly orchestrated by the owner, Diego. The wine cellar is also rich in variety and of the highest quality (we love the Verduno Pelaverga, which is always available, despite its niche appeal). Don't think too hard about what to order, but let their expertise carry you away into a whirlwind of unparalleled pleasure!

19/10/2025: We arrived at "Da Guido" on the recommendation of a Milanese friend who was in Magliano on one of his vacations. As soon as we arrived, we felt super comfortable; it was like walking into our grandparents' house. If I had a picture of comfort in the dictionary, it would be the dining room at "Da Guido." The service was even more welcoming; Mr. Fabio took care of the entire table. As we would say in Argentina, "the guy is a genius." He was patient with us and answered all our questions about the different dishes, which were new to us (we had never tried Pappardelle al Cinghiale). Moving on to the food... one was better than the other. In our ignorance, we never imagined that bread with olive oil would have so much flavor or that a Pecorino cheese could melt in your mouth like that. 06/07/2025: Ottima scelta per immergersi nella cucina maremmana autentica. Servizio impeccabile e pietanze (tutte) all'altezza delle precedenti recensioni. Non si può fare a meno di fare il giro degli antipasti, senza dimenticare la tartare. Buona la scelta di vini proposta. Conto "onesto", da ritornarci"....magari in una serata meno afosa! L'affascinante Magliano in Toscana, con il suo giro delle mura, sono una degna cornice all'esperienza.

06/09/2025: Very nice and welcoming place. The staff is friendly and helpful, with a level of customer service that's hard to find these days—and trust me, it's top-notch. The food is very good. I recommend the eggplant parmigiana and ziti alla genovese, but that's just my personal preference. The prices are average. Parking is available and right next to the place. I'll definitely be back.

11/08/2025: We chose this restaurant because of its proximity to the hotel and the great reviews. The food is of excellent quality, fresh, and delicious. The portions are really generous. The service was super attentive, professional, and helpful. We were completely happy and satisfied. We were only sad that we discovered the restaurant on our last day. Otherwise, we would have been there more often. We highly recommend it.

19/10/2025: Our restaurant for special occasions: a guarantee. Today, too, to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary, we had a sublime lunch; fresh and tasty dishes. Furthermore, the professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness of the staff are second to none. 11/10/2025: The bruschetta is delicious; I loved it. The place has a rustic style, which I personally love. I spent a lovely evening with friends in a convivial setting. My favorite is the one with anchovies and red pesto, but I'll be back to try them all!
