Pizza reviews, not restaurants. Let's start with the positives. The dough was dry, well-leavened, and well-cooked, and easily digestible. The toppings, however, were less impressive; the Norma pizza was a bit disappointing; the diced eggplant, under-fried, and tasteless, was not good at all. The tomato puree was of poor quality. The white pizza with mortadella and pistachio cream was also uninspiring. Given the high prices, I suggest improving the quality of the ingredients and sticking to traditional recipes.
