15/10/2025: Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, we were informed that several dishes on the menu were unavailable. The staff was visibly understaffed, and service suffered, with rather long waits. Despite it being a tiramisu party, the dessert was already sold out, despite our early arrival. Overall, a somewhat chaotic and disorganized evening. A shame, because the atmosphere and concept of the place would be very pleasant.

01/10/2025: Truly enchanting location; we had lunch in the outdoor garden, and it was delicious. The menu offers a wide selection, with simple combinations of dishes designed to showcase the quality of the ingredients. Excellent service, and the recommended wine paired perfectly with the dishes. We'll definitely be back!

21/09/2025: We've been coming to this pizzeria for over 20 years. In our opinion, the best wood-fired pizza. Franco and Giovanna are always very kind and guarantee a consistently excellent product.

14/09/2025: Quality food at fair prices, a central location, public parking right around the corner, and the history of the family that runs the bar and their smoking cat. Highly recommended if you're in the area!

13/09/2025: We came here, because we saw all the good reviews. The service and ambiance were both really pleasant and the people working there were very kind. However, when the food arrived we were very disappointed… The pizza was weirdly looking, the tomato sauce was no where to be found and there were large amounts of tasteless cheese to compensate. The kind that gives you a stomach ache afterwards. We also ordered carbonara, but this was just scrambled eggs with bacon served on a bed of pasta. We love Italian food and it was a pity to see this beautiful tasteful kitchen going to waste in this restaurant.

09/10/2025: CHE Cazzzzoooo's !!! & even more Mamma!! Mias!!!!!! lol no one beats naples for pizza and for being this far north... Its GANGSTER Baby! You just start saying random italian phrases. Like Madonna Bella Cannolis!!!! No one's left a review in years so I had to dust it off with my Texano Bravado.... LA Pizza VIDA REGGAZiiiii! Prices are killer$$$ good.. Super nice People def come through and throw some euros and start shaking your hands in every italain way to possible to make it even taste better. 01/10/2025: We spotted this osteria from the street. We walked in and were speechless: an open-plan kitchen, a historic shop with period paintings on the walls, traditional dishes made entirely by hand (tagliatelle with white ragù, piadina) accompanied by the highest-quality ingredients (squaquerone, smoked Angus fillet, grilled meats), and always homemade desserts. A paradise for "eating well." Highly recommended.

07/08/2025: I went as a pilgrim with a group of friends. I put together my own poke, and I have to say: incredibly good! Maybe next time they could increase the protein topping a bit :) (both because it was very good and because overall it could have seemed unbalanced).

09/09/2025: I had lunch at this restaurant today and I have to say it's excellent. I was with a relative and we had: 1 Versace seafood salad with arugula and olives €16, 1 corsaro appetizer €18, which included mussels, anchovies, salmon tartare, seafood salad, 1 octopus tentacle, then 2 spaghetti with clams, super. A bottle of La Pergola Toscana Vermentino wine €2024, 1 coffee, total €85.

08/09/2025: We ate there on our last night in Rome... by pure chance, as we had to quickly change hotels due to an oversight during our previous checkout. So, we booked another hotel, and found ourselves facing the Corsaro... and what can I say? We ate very well and more... a welcoming place, very friendly staff, and equally as good food! I recommend everything, especially the raw fish platter! Congratulations!

14/10/2025: Definitely the best pizza by the slice in the area. Thin and crispy dough, and the one with tomato sauce is truly the best. All the others follow. The place is simple, but you can still sit down. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. When I think of pizza by the slice, I come here.

10/10/2025: We eat a lot of nice food - and I do not think we are particularly easy to impress. This place is fantastic. Not touristy at all, great food - wonderful wine and excellent service. The truffle menu is actually quite reasonably priced. Beautiful food, and a nice atmosphere, was so good we came back for a second lunch a few days after the first.
