I don't know if there's been a migration of Neapolitan pizza makers to Trentino, but the highly hydrated dough offered for their pizza doesn't make you miss the real Neapolitan pizza at all. Congratulations! The offer of alternative dishes to pizza is a bit weak, but if you want to nitpick...

We ate here almost every day in the autumn when we were on vacation in the area – and honestly: we have never had such a delicious pizza! The tiramisu was also truly fantastic. We are in the area again this summer and would love to come back. At the time, we heard that you were moving to Rovereto, but unfortunately, we do not have the new address. We hope to find you there again!

The atmosphere was very comfortable and the staff very welcoming from the photos in other reviews we were expecting a Neapolitan-style pizza, unfortunately instead the pizza was classic, however I must say that it was well seasoned and the ingredients were tasty 😋 recommended for an informal evening

We spontaneously decided to visit the pizzeria and were very lucky to get a free table. We ordered two of their signature pizzas – both were excellent and prepared exactly to our liking. The service was attentive and pleasant, in both German and Italian. We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money. Overall, a very successful visit that we would gladly repeat.

Listening to my son, we tried pizza at this place, where I'd never been before. Fantastic! One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. The service was friendly and very helpful. The prices were very fair considering the excellent quality ingredients. Well done!

Ristorante Il Ritratto - Carpe Diem

15/01/2026: We visited this restaurant for lunch during the Christmas period. It was a very positive experience, starting with the restaurant, which is very well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The menu is quite limited, which is reflected in the attention to detail given to the various dishes and the quality and freshness of the ingredients used. Kudos to the chef and the pairings, which, while unusual, were very successful. The wine selection is also excellent, and there are some options available by the glass (since the restaurant serves both fish and meat). The quality/price ratio is incredible. Reservations are recommended.
02/01/2026: This restaurant is always a guarantee! We were here for our anniversary and, as expected, the food was delicious and the service was prompt and friendly! Thanks to the Chef and his staff :)
