A wonderful experience between April and May. A fabulous place, immersed in the greenery of a riverside park, among roses and jasmine; the original buildings, dating from the 16th to 18th centuries, have been beautifully renovated, without distorting them, to offer guests every comfort. Peace, clean air, comfortable rooms, and a strategic location do not overshadow the excellent cuisine, with excellent and beautifully presented traditional Molise dishes. The entire team was extremely friendly and attentive, with Mr. Michele always ready to share stories, explain, and accommodate our needs. Congratulations to everyone and thank you for a wonderful, albeit brief, vacation.

We stayed at the property for two days, staying in two different rooms. The greenery and outdoor spaces are one of the property's strong points, along with the tranquility and historic character of the building. The trees and plants are all well-kept, and the lawns are fully accessible, with tables and chairs scattered around. The rooms are very well-maintained and retain the building's original character. Although some furnishings are a bit dated, the rooms are overall welcoming and simple. The double room in the old mill is very beautiful. The rooms are well-heated. During our stay, we also had the opportunity to sample the excellent cuisine. All the dishes demonstrate the high-quality ingredients used and the skillful preparation. Breakfast includes homemade cakes, delicious hard-boiled eggs, and spectacular artisanal yogurt. In short, a very positive experience; we had a great time and were rejuvenated by the tranquility of this place. The staff and owner were very helpful and welcoming. We will return....

A special, almost magical place! You're immersed in stunning natural surroundings, and as soon as you arrive, you immediately realize you've luckily come to the right place. Just the place to unwind after a day of work, for a lovely moment of relaxation. The difference, ultimately, is made by the host, Michele. A gentleman from another era, class, style, and hospitality are in his DNA. Highly recommended, also for the excellent cuisine.

Fascinated by the beauty of the place, we found a genuine welcome and helpfulness. In the expertly restored old mill, the aromas, flavors, and knowledge are in perfect balance. We found just what we were looking for, a "recharge" immersed in the peace of nature. Everything was perfect, from the room—ours was "Calendula"—to the restaurant and the surrounding spaces. Clean and bright spaces, tasty cuisine reminiscent of rural culture. We left a piece of our heart, but we received it back in abundance, so we'll definitely be back.

This old mill, expertly renovated and converted into a hotel and restaurant near Sepino, offers a warm welcome and high-quality, well-stocked food for both lunch and dinner. The wine list is excellent. Breakfast was excellent, with homemade cakes and jams. The rooms are beautifully renovated, warm, and clean. The staff is friendly and professional. We will definitely return, especially to explore this area of ​​Molise, so worthwhile for its history, nature, and tranquility.
