Great Chef Ingiulla, it's not for nothing that he got his first Michelin star at the age of 25! Spectacular venue, fantastic dinner, Andrea and Francesco in the room, very kind, and the Chef very present! 10 out of 10, for my taste, for the risotto and the dessert, which I'll put in the photo!

Exceptional culinary experience. Very original dishes made with local raw materials. The chef and staff make the experience unforgettable and complete. A mandatory stop on the next trip to Sicily.

Amazing experience at Sapio Very welcoming and efficient service. Magnificent setting, soft lighting, water fountain along the wall, ... The many items on the menu were excellent. A very good memory.

We liked everything very much. The restaurant has its price, but also offers star-rated cuisine. We had a great sommelier, but overall the warmth and accessibility of the service was a little lacking. Would have liked to have been told more or even had a question or an explanation about how the evening went, etc.

We happened upon it by chance after hours of travel, and we had the pleasure of undertaking another one which made us forget our tiredness..... The staff are kind, welcoming and also very friendly, they never make you feel the burden of being served and revered. High quality ingredients, passion in refinement and combinations. We left the chef free rein..... Perhaps one of the best lunches of recent times..... Thank you very much to all of you Sàpio staff.... A sincere hug Martino and Daniela

Beautiful gastronomic experience, I am proud as a Sicilian that a Sicilian chef had the courage to create a reality like Sapio. Impeccable service, stylish location.. We woke up very full.. Perhaps too full.. I would recommend the alternative of a 5-course tasting menu. Compliments!

A wonderfully crafted menu, which honors typical Catania cuisine, in a refined and elegant way. It's difficult to choose your favorite dish on the tasting menu. Well done Chef and all the staff

Just wow Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who all spoke excellent English with a sense of humour, I personally do hate restaurants that take themselves too seriously, the food is serious but you are made to feel relaxed and part of the food journey I so wanted to photo each course but I found myself carried away and going oh **** I’ve eaten the course and not taken a photo The food is amazing, ingenious, local and excellent Hopefully the photos will do it justice Favourite course is hard to pick but the pigeon for me and wife loved the gnocchi ( which she has previously not really enjoyed) I can’t reconnect here high enough
