18/07/2025: Wonderful Tuscan cuisine, especially the delicious mixed antipasti and the ravioli as a second course. Four courses in total. The whole package costs €30 per person, and that includes beer or wine.

29/07/2025: We had an excellent pizza with a truly high-quality dough. The service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. There's also a pasta factory just outside Rovereto.

18/07/2025: The location is beautiful...but...but...but So, let's start with the reservation call: - it's fair to inform the caller that the menu is set at €70 per person, excluding drinks...but it would also be fair to inform the customer at the same time (and this wasn't done) that the table will only start to appear when the restaurant is practically full (like a wedding). Result: we arrived at 8:00 PM (some couples were already seated) and didn't eat until 8:40 PM (except for 1 fishball on the house). In short: the customer needs to know...and be able to choose; - the steamed corn on the cob, among the appetizers, should have been served with the shell cut on the sides or with small scissors to do so and allow for easy tasting of the flesh: nothing (moreover, the corn on the cob was served au gratin, this time with the shell cut on the back); - the mussels were bland; they looked like they were simply boiled in water, without even a hint of parsley (none at all) or a pinch of pepper. And I don't think that's the way they're prepared in Abruzzo, because we've had them in other Abruzzo restaurants, cooked differently; - the side dish was a very sad, flat, colorless salad (without a single cherry tomato, a sprig of arugula, celery, or basil leaves...nothing); - the rest of the menu? It depends on each customer's expertise. Personally: adequate (with the exception of the fried calamari, which was truly well-executed); - dessert: delicious; - wine list: excellent. In short, as far as we're concerned, the menu as a whole isn't worth €70, and that's a real shame, because such a location (I repeat, beautiful) and the customers of such a restaurant deserve, for the price paid, something more in terms of the food (and I'm not talking about quantity—in fact, I'd significantly reduce the number of courses, especially appetizers, in favor of higher quality) and the organization. As I always say: if I'm racing in a Ferrari (and this Trabocco is a splendid Ferrari), I have to come in first...

06/08/2025: We returned to Ostaia di Storti because we remembered the excellent pansoti in walnut sauce...and so we did. For me, it's among the best in the area, with very fine pasta and a balanced filling. The Ligurian-style rabbit is also excellent. Professional staff, highly recommended!

04/07/2025: The food was delicious, with generous portions and excellent value for money, including the wine. The staff was efficient and friendly. We had the risotto with salami, the roast beef, and the ravioli with pumpkin - it was difficult not to finish the dishes so tasty, despite the generous portions.

25/06/2025: Found by chance on Google, super friendly staff and ready to advise, excellent food especially the fresh pasta tortelli with pumpkin and duck ragù, you have to try the bigoli cacio e pepe excellent!! well done!!

Each course is a sensational journey, I couldn't say which one I preferred. You can feel the care, dedication and preparation of the staff, who truly deserve my compliments. 02/07/2025: In addition to the usual sandwich, here I ate a crispy bread on the outside and soft on the inside filled with succulent, tender and tasty meat accompanied with a bit of caramelized onion. The result is a nice tasty sandwich different from all the ones I have tried so far. The place is minimalist, but to enjoy the sandwich it is more than good.

12/07/2025: A truly pleasant experience, in every way. The mussels were a real surprise: probably the best we've tasted in a long time. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted, with well-balanced flavors and presentation. The service was impeccable, professional yet warm—truly on another level. Everything was excellent, from start to finish. We'll definitely be back.

11/07/2025: A very relaxing experience, many surprises in the dishes... like the thyme meringue and the fantastic coconut dessert with rosemary crumbs, a real revelation... the waiters are exceptional... excellent at their work... very welcoming, professional, polite... not intrusive...

30/06/2025: I loved eating at agritourisms but I always have trouble knowing if what I eat is really healthy. At Valle del Salto seeing the chef coming back from the garden with what would be dinner made me understand that I was in the right place. I also asked to take a tour of the company and one of the owners, seeing that I was curious about the type of approach they used, explained to me in detail the regeneration work they were doing on the company. It is a family-run company and you experience this in the restaurant as well as in the agricultural part. I have never seen so many different animals in a agriturismo and above all the super fair prices. I did not stay in the rooms but I asked to see them for a future visit. I will definitely return in the company of other friends or grandchildren who love animals.
