08/07/2025: Tried the mango gelato and cookie gelato, they both tasted really good! And especially the mango, had a very accurate alphonso mango flavour which can be hard to do well. Would come back again :)

07/07/2025: 100% vegan (dairy and egg free) ice cream parlor, with an amazing selection, with a variety of servings. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone, whether you are vegan, dairy sensitive, or just want to eat a good ice cream.

15/06/2025: Total disappointment, I expected more from the positive reviews; As soon as we sat down, the waitress approached repeatedly asking if we were ready to order, without giving us time to consult the menu. This pressure was annoying and unprofessional for my tastes, maybe the rush to close I don't know, but it's not a reassuring thing for the customer. We ordered pasta and clams and pasta with anchovy sauce. The pasta and clams, the clams were good but the pasta was too al dente. The anchovy sauce, on the other hand, was excessively salty and not very pleasant. The dishes were huge, but the quantity of food inside was insufficient, especially considering the price. The mixed fried food was acceptable, but with too many pieces of waste: only shrimp heads or tails, and some anchovies without bodies. Price For a first course, a second course, two bottles of wine and without sides or dessert, the bill was 45 euros per person. With that amount, there are many other restaurants that offer a higher quality gastronomic experience. Post-dinner experience Last night I had severe heartburn and I vomited all of yesterday's pasta.

17/07/2025: Best lasagna in Florence HANDS DOWN. Me and mom doubled back because the food was delicious and wait staff were great. The carbonara is amazing but the lasagna is the star of this place

16/07/2025: The food is really good. I ordered the beef steak with mushroom and mashed potatoes. Everything was cooked as I desired. Good quality wine options. The waiters were sad but compressible considering the hot weather.

01/08/2025: A little gem in the heart of Genoa's alleys. I had the pleasure of dining there for my anniversary and was pleasantly surprised. Above all, I completely appreciated the service; the young man dedicated to us was professional and extremely polite. I recommend it if you want to spend a relaxing evening in a charming place like the alleys.

01/08/2025: The food was very delicious. The place, after a trumpet player upstairs stopped practicing around 7:30 p.m. 😁, was quiet and very intimate. The waitresses were very friendly and helpful. (She dissected the menu for our neighbors without becoming impatient, which would have been difficult for me.) Definitely a recommendation!

03/07/2025: Since 1990 and for over 30 years, first in Melzo and then in Cernusco, it was the favorite restaurant for me, my family, and all the friends I introduced it to. The Di Bari brothers Christian, Daniele, and Zippo were a truly formidable trio. Now Christian is no longer with us, Zippo got tired, Daniele preferred to move to work in an excellent meat restaurant in the Linate area. Only the name of Vecchio Due Spade remains. Lorenzo does his best in the kitchen, but a little more humility and awareness of still being far from the levels of his father Christian could only do him and the restaurant good. It is better to draw a veil of silence about the atmosphere and service in the dining room. Too bad. All good things come to an end sooner or later, Due Spade could not have been eternal.

22/06/2025: My friends and I have dined several times at this lovely pizzeria very close to the pedestrian area. The pizza is one of our favorites. The only flaw is that in the summer the place is very hot despite the air conditioning on. Anyway, highly recommended.

03/08/2025: We had dinner there two nights, and the second night we made a reservation to avoid the line. The fried fish was among the best we've ever had; you choose the fish from the counter. For lunch, we also tried the octopus salad, which was a delight. Definitely a place to try; I recommend making a reservation to reduce the wait.

25/07/2025: We had a wonderful meal at this cozy establishment, where we were lucky enough to snag a last-minute reservation! The meat had excellent grilled flavors, and overall, we had the impression that they used high-quality ingredients. Everything was very refined and beautifully presented. The service was excellent! The prices are very reasonable for what you get. We highly recommend this restaurant!

10/07/2025: We stayed June 5-6 - the place was beautiful, very well-kept and fresh. The family - the owners of the agriturismo - were very coordinated and precise. We spent a beautiful day and a peaceful night in their house (Campania). We will definitely return.
