My Comfort Food is a true discovery in the heart of Milan. Excellent cuisine, dishes crafted with meticulous attention to detail and bursting with flavor, where you can sense the passion for quality ingredients. The real added value is Silvana, the owner: cheerful, authentic, and incredibly welcoming. She makes you feel at home from the first moment, transforming every visit into a pleasant and memorable experience. A place where you eat excellently, but above all, where you feel at home. One of those rare places you'll happily return to, and one you'll enthusiastically recommend. Highly recommended!

An intimate and comfortable little place, as its name suggests. The hostess, Syl to her friends, is welcoming, cheerful, and attentive. She's a chef who pays attention to the quality of the ingredients, the tastes, and the needs of her guests, and is imaginative in the kitchen (and out!). Highly recommended!

A spectacular experience! The owner is knowledgeable and friendly; from the moment you walk in, she makes you feel at home. The food is excellent and plentiful, like returning to your mother's house after a long stay in Milan. Highly recommended.

After years of following My Comfort Food on social media, I finally managed to eat there today (with my husband). The welcome was excellent. Silvana was incredibly kind. We had tagliatelle with cabbage and cashews. Everything she made was delicious. While we ate, we got lost in conversation, and it turned into a great collaboration between her and me 😊. The place is well-kept and feels just like home, and Silvana pampers you with her food. It couldn't have been better.

03/03/2026: My first time in Milan, I loved this place! My Italian is none existent, and the great staff there couldn’t really speak much English 😂 ❤️ but we still laughed together and I really enjoyed the service, food and Could give 10 stars, will definitely be coming back in the future. Grazie!

Every detail is meticulously curated, in a charming location in the heart of Milan. It's not just a simple dinner, but a true sensory journey: each dish amazes with its balance, delicacy, and thoughtfulness, with unexpected pairings. The drinks accompany the experience impeccably, enhancing every flavor. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff guides you with expertise and passion throughout the experience, making you feel part of something unique. It's not something that can be fully explained: it's an experience to be LIVED!!!!!!! And once you've tried it... it's hard not to want to return. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
02/04/2026: An experience OUT OF THE ORDINARY. I'd been told it wasn't just a simple restaurant, but I never imagined I'd find myself in another dimension. It's not just about the food (which, by the way, is top-notch), but a true sensory journey. Every detail is designed to fully engage you: sounds, lights, aromas, atmospheres... everything contributes to making you experience something that goes far beyond a simple dinner. A 360° experience, capable of surprising you from start to finish. I won't add anything else so as not to spoil the discovery for those lucky enough to try it!
