Limited menu offering but it is explained that the chef prefers to focus on a few dishes that change seasonally rather than having a broad offering. We tasted duck and fish soup and a cheese plate. Each dish is explained to make you understand the preparation behind it. If you want to taste Breton cuisine in Aosta this place is highly recommended. Very pleasant surprise! We organized a dinner for six people, including one vegetarian, and we were all extremely satisfied. Our vegetarian friend was welcomed with honorable treatment, thanks to an exceptional dedicated menu consisting of five courses, each more delicious than the last. Our five tasting menus were equally extraordinary, offering a dining experience characterized by an impeccable crescendo of flavors and textures. Every dish, from the main courses to the space cheese and the fabulous desserts, conquered our palate. The selection of wines was a triumph, thanks to the expertise of the splendid owner who expertly recommended the most suitable bottle for each moment of dinner. We ordered 4 so we wouldn't miss anything! The service was impeccable, the ambiance and atmosphere of the venue were simply fantastic. Despite the study and research evident in the menu and cuisine, the atmosphere was convivial, making us feel at ease as customers. In summary, ATELIER 26 gave us an unforgettable evening, combining culinary excellence with extraordinary hospitality. Highly recommended!

My goodness, what a wonderful place... top cuisine and service

Ristorante grazioso, molto accogliente. Interessante il menu con una proposta di piatti ispirati alla cucina bretone. Impiattamento curato. Una porzione piu ricca con qualche verdurina in piu della Soupe de Lotte sarebbe stato gradita.
