San Silvestro was excellent. We shared the Grilled Octopus as an Appetizer. It was perfectly cooked and tasty. As a main I had Linguine with Scampi and Spicy tomato sauces. Absolutely Delicious!!! My spouse had a wonderful Spaghetti with Clams.
Service was wonderful. Attentive and very friendly. They gave free bread and at the end treated us to a shot of Lemon cello. The price was fair. Absolutely The best meal we had in Venice!!!

Had the most wonderful dinner here, largely thanks to our waiter Simo! His energy and passion for the menu made the whole evening special — he recommended dishes with such enthusiasm you could tell he genuinely loves what he does. Attentive without being overbearing, quick with a joke, and clearly proud of the restaurant. Made us feel like family. Will definitely be back and hope to get Simo’s table again!

We had a wonderful dining experience at Ristorante San Silvestro in Venice. We started with a delicious seafood appetizer, followed by an excellent grilled shellfish platter, which was fresh and perfectly cooked. The tiramisu was absolutely outstanding and the perfect way to end the meal. The service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. We highly recommend this restaurant and would definitely come back!

Absolutely loved the meals we had and our waiter, Simon, was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. We had the squid ink pasta, clamp pasta and fried seafood with vegetables - we enjoyed all of it! Price is good, meal was great, service is fantastic and atmosphere was spot on! If we are back in Venice, we will dine here again ❤️

Currrently in miserable cold Melbourne winter, battling rounds of illnesses from my little daughter and just reminiscing and wishing we could be transported back to Italy, back to Venice, at Ristorante San Silvestro! 😭
We would be eating the best Italian food, served by the kindest waiters; Lindi & friends. My daughter Harriet will be waving and blowing them kisses, as my family and I soak up the Italian sun with aperol spritz in hand and not a worry in the world.
The longing of being in that moment; nothing will ever hurt as much (as being away from Ristortante San Silvestro) but nothing will ever be as beautiful.

We are on day ten of a trip to various parts of Italy and this is the best experience thus far. The service is fantastic, the atmosphere wonderful and the food is fabulous!!! Strongly recommend the Tuna. You will have zero regrets. Eat here 100%
