10/06/2026: "Simply Pulcinella."
"At number two hundred and sixty-five, where the seafront is called freedom... Pulcinella doesn't open a door: he opens a shell onto the world.
Here, time stops the clock and dons an apron. Each dish is a freshly cooked sunrise, expressed like a promise that can't wait.
The sea enters barefoot, without knocking.
It becomes a cold appetizer of silence and salt, becomes a first course that smells of grandmother and the cliff, sweetens into monkfish that becomes a caress under the knife.
In the kitchen, the earth whispers to the blue: "Bring me what is most true in you," and the blue responds with hands full of freshness.
The service has the pace of a rising tide: it arrives silently, covers your shoulders with ancient kindness, then withdraws to leave you to your enchantment.
Outside, Senigallia breathes softly, inside, Pulcinella holds it to make an edible memory.
Go...when you can, sit down...close your eyes at the first bite...you will feel the sea that for once, has decided to stop and listen to your palate delight...pure poetry".
