Excellent experience, both in the kitchen and the dining room: they are professional, and it's easy to see. The selection and attention to gluten-free cuisine are remarkable; it's definitely a very inclusive restaurant.
Very close to Lake Posta Fibreno and other historic villages worth visiting, we'll definitely be back. Recommended!

Fantastic restaurant, from the service to the food. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive to us celiacs, who have the entire menu available in gluten-free versions at no extra charge (a true rarity). The place is welcoming and the food delicious; we've had a great meal every time we've been! Highly recommended.
