First experience at the Fienile under the advice of a friend, the location is very beautiful, refined despite being rustic and very well looked after. The gourmet cuisine was really good, everything was good, from the first courses to the dessert, and the portions were right. We were welcomed by Miriana, a delightful and kind person who made us feel at home! Highly recommended!

siamo stati invitati dalla Proloco di Galatina in questo bellissimo locale dove il cibo era di altissimo livello e la location è molto elegante. Stupenda la selezione di vini servita dal personale ( Un ottimo rosato di Cutrofiano..) Il personale veramente gentile e professionale.. Consigliatissimo

Ho cenato qui con mio marito per il suo compleanno. Lunedì sera, di fine novembre, il primo freddo. Avevamo tutto il locale per noi, è stato bellissimo! La proprietaria (che non mi ha detto come si chiama, peccato) è stata di una gentilezza e professionalità incredibili. Ci ha saputo consigliare e indirizzare verso un percorso di scelta dei piatti veramente con coscienza, professionalità e con capacità di interpretare i nostri gusti in così poco tempo. È stato davvero un piacere provare dei piatti così buoni, con gusti esplosivi e anche sorprendenti, con accostamenti che magari non avrei pensato mi potessero piacere. Dagli antipasti ai primi al tiramisud, tutto eccellente. Qualità top, ma soprattutto chef con capacità di maneggiare materie prime di così tanta qualità! Le foto parlano per me!
